I have used 805 plumbing on numerous rental properties. They are always there to answer the call when an emergency pops up. I cannot tell you how many times they have saved me from having severe damage at rentals by getting there so quickly and figuring what's wrong. There prices are reasonable and the work is exceptional. The owner is always so nice and professional, I highly recommend using them if you have any plumbing needs.

I called this company multiple times to try to set an appointment to have someone fix something at my house. The owner is very nice and told me he would come to look at it before the end of the weekend one time, and then, naother time, by the end of the day. Never heard from him either time, finally contacted him one third time and never heard back. i wanted to work with these guys, but I guess they didn't want to work with me!

I'm tired of hiring people to come over to my house in Serra Mesa ( built in 1973 ) just to overcharge , not finish the project or flat out make things worse .
I called 805 after getting a very positive review from a friend ,( still skeptical ) I made the call anyway ... I had two other plumbers come to give estimates for a complete repipe . 805's Carlos came out and was the most knowledgable and his prices were fair .
They were clean , clean , clean . My place is immaculate.
With respect , and absolute professionalism they got the job done and everything worked perfectly .
I would only recommend 805 to people who care about getting the job done right and not getting ripped off .

Carlos is great! Needed to get rid of old plastic piping and replaced with copper piping. Carlos took a week to do the job just as he had mentioned and we are happy with the result. Very nice guy and workmanship was top notch. Would recommend again. This guy knows his stuff, great plumber, called him for this job because was so impressed when he came to fix a leak I had about 3 weeks earlier.

So you need a plumber and here you are on Yelp hating that you have to pick someone at random on the recommendation of a stranger. I have been there!

I picked 805 plumbing at random, because it was a plumber in my neighborhood. I'm so glad I did. Carlos and his crew are legit and do outstanding work. It never fails that when you get into the plumbing of your house, you discover awful things about slip-shod construction and poorly done repairs from before you owned the place. This has been the case for us, unfortunately and Carlos has uncovered some truly disheartening things about my house.

Each time, while my heart is still stuck in my throat as I contemplate what it will take to set it right, Carlos is already explaining the easiest, most cost-effective way to set it right and explaining how to ensure that they problem will be gone. And his repairs are rock solid. They will out live me. He had to rebuild the floor of my bathroom once and he had to cut away a major section of drywall, remove insulation and treat my beams for black mold. The work was ugly and grueling, but he didn't cut corners--he just got it done. Fast, clean, safe, solid. These are real guys who really know their trade. They live in the area and they want your family to be as safe and well cared for as their own. Call them. Email them. Leave a message if you have to, call back if you have to. They are the real deal and you'll be glad you're working with them because you'll know the work is being done right.

We love Carlos from 805 Plumbing & Drains! We are not very trusting people, but Carlos was professional, reasonably priced, and reliable. Our drains had not been cleaned in more than 25 years, so we ran into a few issues. He took the time to explain the problem and to recommend preventative measures. He also cleaned and cleared our pipes within a couple of hours. We are very blessed to have found a trustworthy plumber. We look forward to working with them for all of our plumbing needs!

My mom had a leak in her bath tub and definitely wanted a good Plummer. We heard about 805 plumbing from a friend. We're sure glad we listened! Carlos and his workers were amazing guys with great prices and very quick! They re did my moms whole bathroom to pristine condition. Couldn't be happier with out new shower and tile. Don't go to those big plumbing companies that'll charge you an arm and a leg! Give 805 the job to do it RIGHT!

I had no hot water for the second time in a month. My landlord had called her plumber the first time and he took care of the problem. When it happened again last Monday, I contacted my landlord and she told me that a new water heater would be delivered the next day (her plumber had told her that it needed replacement). Well, that same evening, I received a notice of foreclosure on the property. The next day as you might have guessed, I didn't receive a new water heater. I have the worst landlord (i have stories), but knowing this, I realized that there was a better chance of Taylor Swift waking up one day with talent than my landlord worry about my no hot water situation. I definitely needed to take care of it myself. Since I'm a tenant and am also about to be out of my house, spending a whole lot of money is not an option.

I found 805 here on Yelp. I called Carlos and explained that i needed my water heater fixed to work at least 60 days. So he came over and proceeded to light the pilot. He tested it a couple times and it remained lit. He explained why it may have not remained lit before and what I probably did wrong when I tried to light it. He only charged me for the service call, which was minimal. I will recommend him to my friends who are looking for plumber services. I'm writing this review seven days after I had no hot water, the landlord hasn't called me, thinks I still don't have hot water, and probably doesn't give a rats butt.
