Fantastic job!! Twice now we've used Carlos at 805 Plumbing and both times he has gone above and beyond to help us. Most recent was this week - we woke up to find a burst outdoor pipe leading to a hose bib spraying water all over our side yard. Called Carlos and within 2 hours he was at our house and working on the repair. The repair was tricky and he needed to head out to the hardware two different times because the plumber who originally installed it had done a poor job, but Carlos fixed it!!

The first time we used Carlos was 3 years ago and I should have reviewed him then - my bad! We had a water leak in our kitchen and it ruined our hardwood floors. The pipe had a slow leak and had been leaking for 3 days before we saw it and by that time the floors were were ruined and we just needed the water to stop so we could begin ripping up the floors. Carlos arrived and repaired the leak and by that time it was 6PM. He was getting ready to leave, our house was a mess, and my young daughter came out of our garage and said she thought she heard water running in the garage. Carlos walks in the garage with me and our water heater had also developed a leak! Carlos calmly went out to his truck to get his tools again, went to Home Depot to buy us a new water heater, and installed it that night so we would be able to have hot water again! Superb customer service and we will definitely be using Carlos for all of our future plumbing needs!

He was very quick and reliable in his service. He is so polite and explains everything thoroughly and his work is perfect. He gives the best deal Possible and gets the job done quickly.

Carlos to the rescue! It's Labor Day Weekend and of course disaster decides it's time to strike. A pipe burst in the crawl space of our home and water gushed for hours! Carlos was at our home within an hour of our call. He also helped us navigate our next steps. It took Carlos hours to locate all the necessary materials as many shops were closed as it was Sunday but after 3 or 4 stops he was able to collect what he needed to get the job done and returned promising me we would have our water back on the same day. He did! Carlos was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and genuine. We would definitely recommend him.

Carlos was a pleasure to work with. He was wonderful with my family, even letting my 4year old ""help"" him, he was able to give me a great deal on the work I needed doing (replacing the pipes under my house) beating the other quotes I had, he worked over the weekend and kept me updated in arrival times when weather had put them behind schedule.

Carlos was a lifesaver! We had a yucy emergency at around 11:00PM at night, and although he had informed us that he had just got home to relax and eat something, he came out to help us anyway. He was professional personable and courteous. What I liked about him, was that he provided us with an approximate price range, when others I called either didn't answere, gave me the run around and / or would not give me a emergency late night call out price range. One other thing I liked about him was, he had his picture on his website, so when he showed up, I knew it was him.

I think I figured out the MO for this company. From reading the reviews you see a pattern. When they show up they do a great job, but getting them to show up is the problem. I phoned them in the morning and described the problem. They said they'd get back to me at 1pm. They didn't. I called again at 4:30 and was asked to leave a message which I did. I waited the next morning for a call which never came.
I found another plumber who answered the phone, set an appointment, and cleared the pipes. If you have too much business just call back and let us know. It's professional.
