The owner was able to respond to me within 7 hours of this review but can not return a text or call? To say that I am nagging proves your lack of professionalism. Communication goes a long way. I was not having any sink issues until after my shower repair. It is obviously connected. All I was requesting was help with this new problem. Instead of being defensive, a little empathy goes a long way. I will take this experience as a lesson learned as should you!

My shower head was dripping and my old school 3 knobs on my shower weren't tightening. He came out and replaced my old 3 knobs to 1 knob and replaced shower head. No more leaky knobs! Yay!! Fast forward a couple of months. My son pointed out that since the replacement of my shower knobs, now my sink is giving out a weird smell and the left handle doesn't produce any hot water or any water at all. I called him and brought this to his attention. He was in the middle of a job so he asked me to text. No response. I called and no answer. Disappointed with the communication and service provided. I do not recommend.

We had back flow into our bathrooms and Carlos, the owner, answered right away (which is more than I can say about the other places I called), diagnosed the problem right away over the phone, came over within 15 hours, communicated with me regularly over text when he was a little delayed from a previous job that morning, was friendly, polite, & genuine, give me advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again, and fixed it 100%. I would absolutely recommend this company and use it again If I should need any plumbing issues in the future.

I was not in my right mind when I thought it was okay to put grits down the garbage disposal. The sink instantly clogged up and the pipes started leaking! I called 805 Plumbing and spoke to Carlos. He was friendly and willing to help me ASAP. More importantly, he was honest and told me that he wouldn't be available to come fix my sink until the evening but I would be charged an after hours rate. I appreciate Carlos being so forthcoming about the after hours rate, he was trying to save me some money. Then he suggested the following morning and that was perfect. The next morning he texted me updates so I would know approximately when to expect him. That is great customer service and put me at ease to know that he hadn't forgot about my appointment to fix my kitchen sink. Anyway, he evaluated the problem, got the parts, and fixed it quite quickly! He also explained what he fixed and provided me a few suggestions. Thank you 805 Plumbing!!
