I was not in my right mind when I thought it was okay to put grits down the garbage disposal. The sink instantly clogged up and the pipes started leaking! I called 805 Plumbing and spoke to Carlos. He was friendly and willing to help me ASAP. More importantly, he was honest and told me that he wouldn't be available to come fix my sink until the evening but I would be charged an after hours rate. I appreciate Carlos being so forthcoming about the after hours rate, he was trying to save me some money. Then he suggested the following morning and that was perfect. The next morning he texted me updates so I would know approximately when to expect him. That is great customer service and put me at ease to know that he hadn't forgot about my appointment to fix my kitchen sink. Carlos came out to help us on a Saturday morning, with just a few hours notice. We had some roots that got into our main service line, which caused water backup in one of our bathroom toilets. Let's just say that bathroom floor was flooded with some not-so-great smelling water, and we could not use any water in the house until the issue was resolved.

Carlos was extremely professional, and immediately diagnosed and explained the problem great detail. Quick fix, and our water was back up and running smoothly in no time. He even gave some valuable tips on preventative measures we can take now, to avoid similar issues in the future.
