He noted that two were quite old, and offered to replace them for a fair price. They serviced the one for free, replaced the two within a couple hours, and followed up to make sure they were working well. They take pride in their excellent work, and I always felt like I was getting a fair deal. Highly recommend.

The conventional fix wasn't going to be an option thanks to our old house which they communicated clearly and were able to assist with a quick repair to solve the issue.

They were insistent on doing an additional upgrade to deliver the value of their $250 retainer and we appreciated that mindset. Would use them again in the future.

We had a boiler that wouldn't stay lit - we placed a request into 781 on Saturday night and by 10 AM the following morning, the team was out to repair the boiler within 20 minutes and explained what had gone wrong. After talking to a few plumbing and HVAC companies regarding inconsistent hot water, I decided to go with 781 because they were able to explain clearly what they thought the issue was, and how they could fix it for a reasonable price.

While they were in the house to do the boiler repair, I asked about a couple smaller projects I would like to address in the future. Not only were they up to the task, they offered to complete the other projects as soon as the work on the boiler was completed the same day.

Compared to other companies I talked to, 781 spent their time explaining what COULD be done, instead of how it would be difficult/expensive to complete the work because of less than ideal conditions in an older house. I'm no plumbing expert, but the completed work looks great and everything worked as expected when the water was turned back on.

We had a really difficult time finding someone to install a new dishwasher. These guys were the only reliable ones who got to us quickly and took care of everything efficiently. They even took out the old one when they left, which I hadn't even asked for until they arrived, assuming they wouldn't be able to do it. Really solid work as well, all around. They even fixed our kitchen sink's water pressure even though we didn't really ask for it. Recommended.

Great experience working with them! We had a pump break on our boiler. I called at the end of the day (right at closing), and he came by to asses it for free. Very fair price, gave honest feedback about our options, quick work, and thoroughly explained what he fixed after the work was done.
