About every 2 years around the holidays the toilets back up. I knew the time was drawing close to having it happen again, so I called them before we had the problem. They used to go down through a pipe on our roof but they no longer do that for insurance reasons #Dangerous. We don't have a cleanout valve on our property so Andre quoted us a reasonable price to put one in. We checked around and called him back to make the appointment. He did a great job, had it done in about 2 hours and I was able to pay him on the spot with my charge card. $425.00 total, less than half of what other plumbing services quoted me for this job. Very professional, I would recommend him anytime!
