I've had the good fortune to know Justin, one of the owners of 707 Plumbers, for more than 10 years. During this time, he worked on many things at my house: he replaced the garbage disposal, installed faucets, fixed a washer leak, vent duct, etc. Every single job Justin did was perfect. He does everything quickly and skillfully, and leaves the work area spotless. Justin is also personable, kind, respectful, and handsome (I can say that, I'm old!) . I am a little reluctant to sing his praise here for fear that I'd jinx him, but he completely deserves it :)

They were wonderful and fast to fix our gas valve for our fireplace. We called PG&E yesterday to check on a gas smell near our gas fireplace and the 30 year old valve was leaking so they shut off the meter and we had no heat or hot water so i called around and nobody was available until Jamie from 707Plumbers answered and sent out Travis who was available and replaced the valve within an hour Wow i was impressed and both Jamie and Travis were very professional in their work. I'm very happy that now we have a go to Plumber when we need one.

Late on a Monday evening all our toilets, sinks and shower started backing up. It was 5 pm and we had no idea who to call. I did a post on the Windsor Facebook page asking if anyone could recommend a plumber. I was hoping I could get someone out the next day since it was already after 5. Several people recommended 707 plumbing. Then someone named Max Duncan messaged me on Facebook asking for a description of the problem. After I told him he said he would be right out. He arrived 20 minutes later, it was pitch black. He set up his lights and found the clog that was in the pipe from the house out to the street. He fixed it in 20 minutes. He didn't up charge us for coming after hours or last minute. It was a standard rate. Turns out Max Duncan either works for 707 Plumbing or owns it, Im not sure which but I would highly recommend him and the company!! Very nice guy, professional and went out of way to help us out!

Our new go-to plumbers! We've used them twice recently, both times ""emergency"" issues that they came right out for. We had water leaking from our upstairs through a kitchen can light, they did everything they could not to cut into the ceiling, but ended up having to. Bobby made sure to cut it in a way that the drywall could be reused to patch the hole. The second time our water heater started leaking and Matt came to replace it. He stopped by in the evening to see what needed to be done, got the draining started and came first thing the next day to install the new water heater. GREAT customer service & we highly recommend them!

Water took forever to get hot- no more wasted water!

So very happy with the work done by Matt. I see the trucks all over town and the guys are always super friendly so I imagine the rest of the team is great as well. Everyone hears about Matt Duncan doing good deeds around town and when I finally needed something done I was more than happy to support his business.

My personal experience after hearing nothing but rave reviews was fantastic and I felt like it deserved a review.

I live in a home that takes forever to get hot water to the master bedroom and kitchen. With the drought and the general need to conserve water these days I decided to install a recirculating water pump. I have heard mixed reviews about the actual pump features but we found a solution. Matt knew exactly the make and model that would operate easier, more efficiently, and with little to no effort on my part. I haven't had to wait to get hot once since he installed it.

I have no complaints about the unit or the service.

Matt came out quickly and the cost was nothing compared to the cost two water bills. I haven't figured out how quickly this thing will pay for itself but I've lived here for 12 years and I'm embarrassed to think of how much water I've wasted over the years.

The pump is small and was installed so quickly and with no mess, you'd never know it had been done.

Most of the people I know have hired 707plumbers for huge jobs and have been happy but with service so hard to get these days finding someone who was willing to take on a small job was a blessing.

On the coldest weekend of the year, rainy and wet (and a holiday), my husband rented a backhoe to do some excavating on our property.
He disconnected the gas main from our house, denying us of heat, hot water, cooking ... Plus I had the first cold of the year and was feeling miserable.

Justin came out to fix it for us. In the rain and cold. On a holiday. Ran a completely new gas line for us in a few hours...

He was quick, friendly, reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Had lots of recommendations for our upcoming remodel...They don't up-charge for parts and didn't charge us time for picking them up.

So grateful for heat and hot water today.
