Paid $275 to have their plumber snake my toilet. Took a week of begging to get an invoice so that I could sent it to my landlord.

Toilet plugged up again exactly a week after they came, and they said that I was SOL because we use wipes and there is probably a buildup in the pipes. But isn't that exactly what I overpaid to have removed??? I have been living in this house for a year, nothing has changed, and suddenly our toilet is constantly clogged, even AFTER hiring this company to fix it.

We hired 7 Pines to replace all of the fixtures in our home, replace our gas water heater and repair our spa tub along with a few other smaller things. Derek rarely showed up when scheduled and then was very unresponsive to calls when trying to reach him to reschedule. He installed the wrong fixture on the tub and promised to replace it with what we ordered. It's been months of prodding and he still has not rectified the error.
The icing on the cake is that one of his plummers caused a leak in the upstairs spa tub when working on it which damaged our freshly skimmed ceiling on the first floor. He made a commitment to have his father who is a sheetrocker, repair it but again has made no effort after months of waiting. Please use caution when hiring. This guy talks a good talk.

I hire alot of contractors because I represent commercial Landlords. I wont bore with the details but I am really glad i stumbled onto them. They did a great job on all ends. Arrived when supposed to and did a great job. However, the reason I am leaving this review is because they had the opportunity to play in the grey area where unfortunately most contractors would have charged me more but they didnt. I can tell you that Derick and Jesus both TRUSTWORTHY which unfortunately can be hard to come by. Thank you to both of them! -Scott Miller

Derick and his team were amazing! So fun and friendly to work with and they got the job done quickly. Their scheduler is super nice and reaches out in a timely manner. Derick is very knowledgable. Not only that, but he needed to rent an excavator for our job AND he taught me how to use it! AND he began helping to pull and remove all the concrete we needed to get rid of. I mean, how many people can say that about their plumber?

The rating from me is actually ZERO. If you want a plumber, owner Derik Garcia, that electronically schedules you and sends you an electronic confirmation, then forgets when you follow up with him the day before that he's scheduled to come out, then sends plumber Dan who shows up two hours late because Derik didn't tell him it was scheduled for 8am, then Dan does (I think) a good job of rerouting the plumbing but fails to install the shower pan correctly, then both Dan and Derik fail to follow through with their appointments they set with you to fix it...THEN THIS PLUMBING COMPANY IS FOR YOU!!!

We can't thank 7 pines plumbing enough! 3pm on December 23rd we found ourselves with a sprinkler pipe that broke, causing a major leak in our landscape and into our main water line. Derek was responsive to our call, and willing to come out within a timely manner, knowing the urgency before the holidays, and the upcoming winter storm. His on call guy (Dan) arrived timely within 45 minutes and performed an emergency call the day before Xmas Eve . He worked at our home very late in the rain and freezing cold to work through the issue. By Christmas Eve we had water again. Highly recommend 7 pines plumbing, they were responsive and kept us up to speed with everything they were doing through the entire process.

I called 4 different plumbing companies when my water pressure randomly died (I'm on a well system) cutting off all running water to my house. 7 Pines Plumbing was the only one that didn't roll to an answering service but went directly to a live person who was helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to action. Within an hour, I had someone at my house to diagnose and solve the problem.

I never did hear back from the other 3 companies, by the way. Save your time and just use these guys.
