Terrible customer service from their front end staff. They couldn't be bothered to call me and let me know they wouldn't be coming because they got a more urgent call. I had to call them after waiting 3 hours. They came later that day (6 hours after their scheduled time). The plumber was great. Too bad he works for this outfit! Also BE WARNED! I was charged by the hour for his travel time! This was not agreed upon when I talked with the front end staff about the per hour charge. Nothing was said about travel time. I tried calling All Service Plumbing from Maple Valley, as I've had great experience with them in the past. They've now become part of this outfit. Now, I need a new plumber. Bummer.

I recently needed so loose end plumbing done. They came out and gave me an estimate. Showed up on time. Friendly,honest,and professional. I will definitely be referring these guys.

The positives: Derek is very kind. I felt safe with him in my home. He came and bid the work for free -- I could not find many other plumbers in Seattle willing to do that. He was very responsive via text.

The negatives: we were rescheduled twice. In the process of replacing a pipe in our unfinished basement, a wall got cracked. I had to point it out to Derek, and he said he didn't know how it got cracked. He refused to fix it before leaving. The floor under the pipe was ruined because sewage leaked all over it and when I cleaned with Lysol it wrecked the paint (again-- unfinished basement, but shouldn't they have put down a tarp or something?). They left long screws in the toilet that was reset and my husband had to cut them and buy caps from the hardware store. And the upstairs toilet that they reset the wax ring is still leaking. That part probably isn't their fault.. but needless to say, a frustrating outcome overall. They charged me $1000+ for all of this. Will not be hiring them again. Will not recommend them. Wish that they had owned up to their damage of our house and either fixed it or deducted from total.

After two other girly man ""plumbers"" looked over my job and declined it,7 Hills came on like the cavalry and Superman combined. A difficult 200 ft. up and down waterline replacement from meter to house, done correctly and in two days, and totally cleaned up no mess no muss no fuss. I am thrilled that they were good , quick and did the job right, and friendly too . And no plumbers butt crack !!! I highly recommend this company .

I have used 7 Hills twice - once for an emergency water leak at a rental and for a number of smaller jobs at my personal residence. They were courteous, reasonably priced, and were very responsive when the water was gushing at the rental home.

I would use them again and recommend them! I am a happy camper, with good plumbing now.
