I've lived in San Jose my whole life and I have never needed a hauler until recently. I randomly selected Pick-up and go hauling and I couldn't have been happier with my choice! Paul Moreno and his assistant arrived on time, ready to work, handled the work professionally and with a smile and a great attitude. If I could give 10 stars I would! I recommend this business to anyone who lives in the Bay Area. Price was right and the work was handled! Thank you so much!

My husband and I moved our parents from San Jose to Santa Rosa recently and 7 Day Pick Up and Go Hauling were such a great help in making it all happen. Louie and his crew took 25 years of junk and made my parents home immaculate. In the time it took to drive, unload and come back to San Jose from Santa Rosa Louie and his crew had every thing cleaned up and loaded in his truck ready to go to the dump. They are prompt quick and friendly. Louie gave us a quote upfront and he stuck to it! I would highly recommend 7 Day to all my friends and family.

I just recently moved so I had a mountain of boxes and beds and garbage to throw away.. call the guys at 7 days pick up and got a quote.. pricing g was amazing and deals was strucked.. he came and took it all away in less than 20 min.... I found Louie through Penny Saver. What a Savior he was. I called him at 3:00 in the afternoon and he told me 3 hours he would arrive and he did. He took exactly what I needed taken. Love seats, old furniture and then some. He was prompt, quick and friendly. He gave me a quote upfront. He is old school no nonsense. Get in get in done. He never asked for any money until his job was complete. He offered to come back and organize my garage.The nice thing was he had to work around quite a mess and still got it done.
I would recommend him for hauling anytime.

I've delt with Pick Up And Go Hauling for 20 plus years now. They are a family oriented company and have been loyal to me and my family for many years now. I never hesitate to call 7 day pick up and go when I need work done. As soon as I call Louie is usually out here within 2 hours to get the job started and make my life a little less hectic. Attention all considering this scam of a ""business"" should first scroll down and click ""Other reviews that are not currently recommended"" on this page to see even more of the truth of how Louie M. cheats people for their money.

Here's his routine:
(as seen in common with our situation and previous comments)

-Louie arrives ONCE and he may or may not do a portion of work that day (in our case no work was done) but he definitely will ask for money, usually half of the price of the job on spot.

-He'll leave some of his belongings (tools, hat, etc) to
1. Have you believe he will return
2. To show he was there (your word against his, he knows)

-Whatever money you gave him he'll already have deposited in his bank (this guy does not delay with money). At this point he already got what he wanted and he'll then make every excuse to never return. You will be left trying to make sense of the situation, indefinitely.

Louie is a true active scammer in the San Jose area who repeatedly has run off with people's money without delivering the work agreed upon. With a little research I've discovered Louie has gone through a few business-name and phone number changes in his time. Anything to do with ""Louie M."" and ""Junk Hauling"" in the bay area should entirely be avoided. Just another note, his voice mail box is always full which is used as a tactic so you give up hope of ever getting in contact with him quicker

Our Police report has been approved and we will be prosecuting to the full extent of the law. If you have also had a similar experience with this man, please get in touch with me so we may combine our experiences and bring Louie to justice.

I think everyone should choose Louie Moreno and his son Paul Moreno to do the job because they do the job and especially Louie he likes to laugh with you. You can also vent with him and he will sit there and listen . All these things people have said are so wrong hes nothing like the way people say hes such a funny hard working man. They take there time and this is a very good family owned business. I love the morenos 7 day pick up and go hauling just make the call and they will be there in a hour or less. Please choose them they are very good hard working people. I also didnt have to lift a thing they did it all with no complaints.

I chose 7 day hauling because it's a family owned operated businesses for 20+ years and a friend referred me to Louie Moreno saying he is friendly and is direct, but straight forward about getting down to business and is willing to go out of way to gain additional clientele. I am a business women and can appreciate a business man.

I made my first call to Louie on a Wednesday late afternoon, told him who referred me and that I had a hefty job for him and his crew. BEFORE I said anything more Louie said not a problem and asked when I am looking to have this done and what I needed (junk removal, garage clean up, demolition) I told him I had shed tear down, 2 car garage clean up and small clean up in my backyard but I also told him I live in Sacramento... fearing that Louie would not travel I paused- he said Ms. Gonzales 7 day hauling will travel and he and his son would be on it right away and could schedule me for Saturday or Sunday because of the distance he preferred the weekend which worked better for me because of work. We talked price and he asked for a small $150 deposit upfront and everything was good to go, he was fair against other businesses and quotes plus he was willing to travel.

Today is Sunday... Louie and his son did a great job, the family factor in their business and communication with Customers is key in how they operate. What looked like days worth of work and demolition Louie and Anthony had done in 4 hours!!!!! They work quick and SMART making everything seamless for the customer. My price quote never changed, everything was done as he explained and Louie cleaned up along the way keeping everything nice without chaos considering the amount of junk I had.

I strongly recommend this family business, price is fair yet competitive and he goes out of his way to do the right thing and move to the next job! I'm hiring the Moreno's for my next clean up.

Louie Moreno should not be trusted. He was hired to remove dirt primarily and fix up some pavers and he insisted he wanted to make the place look nice and tidy first. That should have been my first clue. He wanted 50% up front, which was $1,500 and proceeded to avoid my phone calls and when he did answer he had one excuse after another about why he could not start the dirt removal. He lost his crew, his guys did not work when it was wet, the did not work when it was hot... They did NOT work. The only reason I hired his 'family owned company', is because Louie Moreno seem like he'd do the job. After months of trying to get him back to my house to start the dirt removal he said he'd be around next week. Then next month, and finally next year! It's been almost a year and the last time I spoke to Louie Moreno who admitted this project got out of control, informed me he was going to keep pretty much all my deposit and after I complained on the phone he told me never to call him back and he would come over for his tools he left behinds.

He cares about taking peoples money and if the job is beyond him he'll avoid you.

He has many businesses with many cell phones number and in my opinion if you hire him get a written notarized contract with his real business details and by state law only provide the normal deposit and not his 50% demand.

He has yet to even come pick up his tools.

He owes me a lot of money or take away the dirt, which is why I hired his company.

He abandoned the job site and left me hanging.
Not cool.
