i'm Disappointed to say that Paul Moreno did not come through for me, and i trusted him to be honest. i had him do a big garbage haul for me, he was helpful and filled up his truck. a little pricey i thought but there was a lot of stuff and he was very helpful. then i asked him to help me with a special project at the house a few weeks later. and he came out and did a good job removing, pulling up, carpet from two rooms and a long hallway, and hauling it away. the price was fair, i paid him cash both times. then he said he could help me with yard work too, wanted me to hire them to do my yard maintenance. i asked him to trim some trees for me, he gave me a quote. then on the day he was to start he called to say that Uncle Louie told him he underquoted and he was mad, and asked for more money. i agreed to give him more money. i don't live there so he started the job before he got money. said he trusted me because i was a repeat customer. i left the money for him at the house. he was very slow to do the job. called again to say how difficult it was and how it was taking too long and he was in big trouble with Uncle Louie, and he needed more money again. and he promised to finish the job no matter what because he doesn't want to lose me as a good client. during these two weeks i heard from him every day ... with progress reports or, reasons why he couldn't work that day. the job took too long, they had to finish some other jobs in between, etc. i provided the final payment because i was in the area and would not be there over the weekend when he would clean up and haul away the tree trash. ... guess what? i never heard from him again. he ghosted me. not returning my calls or texts. his last call from 3 weeks ago was to apologize and promise to have the tree trimmings cleaned up from my front yard ... nope, he never showed up, never called again, and there is a HUGE pile of tree branches and garbage piled on my front lawn. the lawn is probably dead underneath now. i am very disappointed. i had also talked to him about another junk haul for me ... so not sure why he would do this to a repeat customer. sigh. i see lots of negative reviews, also some good ones, but not much recent.

I needed to get rid of a 3 piece sectional but everyone I called for a quote was very pricy! I came across the Moreno's hauling company and I spoke to Paul yesterday evening. He gave me a great quote no other place could beat and we scheduled pick up for this morning. He was on time and happily took my 3 piece sectional. I highly recommend :)

This is my favorite company for hauling its very quick and picked up an hour after I called. The removed my tree for cheaper than college junks. This is the best company in the bay. They are fast and efficient.

Honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star from me but there is no way to rate any lower for these low life's. Was quoted from Paul over the phone for $165. Then I get a text a day later , ""in slang"" at that, to let me know that they weren't going to honor that price because the ""Boss Man"" wasn't around when he gave me the price. I had Paul repeat the information to me over 4 times just to make sure I heard him correctly. Quoted me said I heard him right and then they tried to scam me and say they couldn't do it for that price it now had to be $225. Now reasonable if it was because something additional that I had, but no it was because I was ""out of the area"" after he knew of my area already. Asked how it was out of the area when he lives by me. Explained to him that I am not some silly ass person that is going to be scammed out of any money all because he decided to ""Misquote"" me. Next time Paul, check with the ""Boss Man"" before you try to scam a smart bitch.

I've lived in San Jose my whole life and I have never needed a hauler until recently. I randomly selected Pick-up and go hauling and I couldn't have been happier with my choice! Paul Moreno and his assistant arrived on time, ready to work, handled the work professionally and with a smile and a great attitude. If I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I moved our parents from San Jose to Santa Rosa recently and 7 Day Pick Up and Go Hauling were such a great help in making it all happen. Louie and his crew took 25 years of junk and made my parents home immaculate. In the time it took to drive, unload and come back to San Jose from Santa Rosa Louie and his crew had every thing cleaned up and loaded in his truck ready to go to the dump. They are prompt quick and friendly. Louie gave us a quote upfront and he stuck to it! I would highly recommend 7 Day to all my friends and family.

I just recently moved so I had a mountain of boxes and beds and garbage to throw away.. call the guys at 7 days pick up and got a quote.. pricing g was amazing and deals was strucked.. he came and took it all away in less than 20 min.... I found Louie through Penny Saver. What a Savior he was. I called him at 3:00 in the afternoon and he told me 3 hours he would arrive and he did. He took exactly what I needed taken. Love seats, old furniture and then some. He was prompt, quick and friendly. He gave me a quote upfront. He is old school no nonsense. Get in get in done. He never asked for any money until his job was complete. He offered to come back and organize my garage.The nice thing was he had to work around quite a mess and still got it done.
I would recommend him for hauling anytime.

I've delt with Pick Up And Go Hauling for 20 plus years now. They are a family oriented company and have been loyal to me and my family for many years now. I never hesitate to call 7 day pick up and go when I need work done. As soon as I call Louie is usually out here within 2 hours to get the job started and make my life a little less hectic.
