I had a (in retrospect) simple piping problem in a bathroom. I called 7-11 and had an appointment within a couple hours. The two men arrived promptly and took care of business right away. They offered a couple recommendations upon learning I was doing some renovations. And, because the call was shorter than expected, I was charged less than the normal rate.

Tub drain sprung a leak. Andy & Jon gave the best estimate and then beat that on the final invoice. Old house with threaded cast iron pipes weren't a problem for them. Will hire them again in the future.

These guys are great.. we just purchased a new home and had no idea what we were getting our selves into. They had to replace the lines under both sinks and change a spicket along with many other things that would have cost a fortune through anyone else. These guys were very fair and realistic as to what needed to be done right away and things we could wait on. I recommend calling these guys if you need any kind of plumbing help. Our business had a big problem with the water coming up with foul smell as well as urine and feces! Andrew and Jon came and immediately checked the pump and sewer in the bathroom and told me what was wrong. They were also nice enough to make sure the problem was not an outlet or something of that sort so that I wouldn't have to pay for a new pump. But unfortunately our business did need a new installation and pump.

The guys did not have a pump at the office but were able to drive to Berwyn and pick one up to immediately fix the problem for us that same day!

These guys are really down to earth and know exactly what they are doing. I guarantee that you won't regret calling them! They are very nice and helpful, you can tell that they like their job!

These are some of the youngest plumbers around: but don't let that fool you. They have sound knowledge, they are down to earth, they are driven, and they are hungry to establish themselves.

We hired Andrew and Jon to do some pretty extensive work in the basement: relocating an old concrete (3 chambered) utility sink, installing a new laundry sink, extending a gas line, new PVC drain lines, new cooper lines for the tubs as well as the kitchen right above it, installing a new home filtration system, etc....these guys did an outstanding job and they are obsessed with perfection. My wife, who is a stickler, was VERY impressed by how professional, kind, and courteous they are. Old school work ethics and mentality are things we don't see in today's generation, and these guys can give lessons on it. On top of it, they are VERY reasonable!!!!

Call them, they do large to small jobs, planned projects to emergency ones...and they play good music while they work. If you're really lucky, you'll overshear some of their back-and-forth bantering and teasing: like an old couple that really respects and loves one another. Thumbs up guys. Will tell everyone I know about you!

Sewage started coming up through the floor drains in my basement this morning, so so I called 7-11 Plumbing. Within one hour I had 2 gentlemen at my door, both dressed in lettered shirts, both ready to work. They said my main line was backed up and that I needed rodding, and that tree roots were most likely the issue... We discussed price, then I gave them the ok to get started. Sure enough, after they worked for 15-20 minutes at it, they came back with a bunch of nasty roots on the end of their machine, and the water went down. They then rodded all the way to the street one more time just to make sure it was clear. They recommended me to have my main line rodded once a year, just as a maintenance, and I think I will....that was just nasty...

They were very professional, courteous, punctual, and affordable. I will definitely be calling them back for all my future plumbing needs.

My landlord hired 7-11 Plumbing to come out to my apartment after water began backing up into my tub when the sinks in my bathroom and kitchen drained or my toilet flushed (nasty right!). Two gentlemen came out to my apartment ( I didn't get their names), and began working on the problem which turned out to be more extensive than just a clogged drained. The sump pump for our building was actually backing up. They stayed for almost three hours until the job was done and even gave my bathroom a rudimentary clean-up. They were overall very plesant and very professional. I would definitely recommend their services in the future.
