Trying to get a plumber today so i called the referral line. John from 7-11 plumbers called and gave us a rough estimate and said he would try to come around 1 pm. It went on and on time- wise and he never took the address. Just kept blowing us off keeping us home waiting for him to call back to arrange the service call. I never saw such terrible service. He never called to say he was coming although he promised varied times all day long. Dont get why he ever called in the first place with the referral if he couldn't oblige. Thanks JOHN your company and you are awful. You wasted a whole day for us when we were willing to pay your inflated rate for service. Anyone who gave this company 5 stars must be crazy. 7-11 shame on you and JOHN!!

The faucet in my guest bathroom needed replacing... I was on a tight schedule because I had guests showing up in 2 days. So I really needed someone who could come out ASAP. After calling a few plumbers with no response, I called 7-11. Andrew called me back right away and said they could come out the same day! Andrew and Jon showed up on time and got right to work. They were extremely polite and professional and went over everything with me. After they left, I noticed that the gasket under the faucet was a little exposed. I called them the very next day and they were back to my home in a few hours. it turned out that it was a design flaw with the particular faucet I had purchased. That said, they still made it look better! Talk about great customer service! These guys really went above and beyond, and I think I just found my new plumbers!!! Thanks so much Andrew and Jon for taking such good care of me!

I called 7-11 plumbing because I had an issue with the plumbing from my bathtub that was leaking. This was my 1st time trying to work on this type of issue so there was a point when I got stuck and couldn't go any further. I called 7-11 to see if they can come out and finish the job. Instead they were able to give me advice over the phone on what to try. It worked perfectly. They are honest and sound dependable. Thanks again 7-11.

I had a (in retrospect) simple piping problem in a bathroom. I called 7-11 and had an appointment within a couple hours. The two men arrived promptly and took care of business right away. They offered a couple recommendations upon learning I was doing some renovations. And, because the call was shorter than expected, I was charged less than the normal rate.

Tub drain sprung a leak. Andy & Jon gave the best estimate and then beat that on the final invoice. Old house with threaded cast iron pipes weren't a problem for them. Will hire them again in the future.

These guys are great.. we just purchased a new home and had no idea what we were getting our selves into. They had to replace the lines under both sinks and change a spicket along with many other things that would have cost a fortune through anyone else. These guys were very fair and realistic as to what needed to be done right away and things we could wait on. I recommend calling these guys if you need any kind of plumbing help. They are very knowledgeable and informative

Our business had a big problem with the water coming up with foul smell as well as urine and feces! Andrew and Jon came and immediately checked the pump and sewer in the bathroom and told me what was wrong. They were also nice enough to make sure the problem was not an outlet or something of that sort so that I wouldn't have to pay for a new pump. But unfortunately our business did need a new installation and pump.

The guys did not have a pump at the office but were able to drive to Berwyn and pick one up to immediately fix the problem for us that same day!

These guys are really down to earth and know exactly what they are doing. I guarantee that you won't regret calling them! They are very nice and helpful, you can tell that they like their job!
