Bethany D.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They spent two days trying to clear a clog from my business are charged over $1600 and did not fix the clog. They told me the only way to fix the clog was to break the cement through my basement floor. I called another plumbing company who fixed the clog in one hour for $400. I tried calling this company about 10 times to explain the situation - they would not let me speak to a manager and refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing on their end. This company seems to be scam that is not looking to resolve the issue, but looking to create issues to make more money.
