Josh is so helpful, answering basic plumbing questions with the friendliest customer service. I had a question about the low water pressure on my kitchen faucet. He tried to arrange a visit, but I was still at work. So, he messaged me some basic instructions to fix the problem and I was able to get it done. Josh was very reliable and honest just as my friend had mentioned and referred us to. Our water heater was located in an unsafe area under my house not properly strapped or elevated. He rerouted the piping for the water and gas and relocated the shed outside instead. He could of easily just replaced the one under the house but noticed how unsafe it was and did not suggest leaving it there. We will definitely be calling him again for future work!!

A few months ago we were getting a new fridge and needed to redo the water line for it under the sink. Josh came out and was super quick he also redid the piping under the sink since the way the old owners had it made no sense to anyone.. He was fast honest and reasonable .

He helped us pick out the right water heater for our house and made the reccomendation of a descaler to ensure it lasts. I was having an issue with my gas bill going up from 25$ to $167 dollars in one month with no explanation. The gas company was no help at all so I posted a cry for help on Face Book and Josh responded. He helped me figure out that I had a hot water slab leak and the also my water heater was not working properly. So I had him come and fix the hot mess that was my house. With in a week everything was fixed perfectly and my water bill and gas bill are now going down. Josh is very reliable, he lets you know when he will be there or if he is running late. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.
