Jason H.Customer beware!!!! You will pay a minimum of $130 For a house call if you have problems with your furnace. Whether he fixes diagnosis or does anything at all. When he showed up, the first thing he said was that I need a new furnace because mine was old. And when I asked him what was wrong with it. He said it could be a board. Then I asked for what it would cost. And he quoted me $7000. The unit he was going to install online cost 2300. And the job was going to take 3 hours for 2 guys to Remove the old and install the new. Extra material Needed to convert to the new one was only $200. Come to find out from The guy that I did hire I did not hire This business because At seven thousand dollars there, labor and installation cost was $4000 for 2 guys taking 3 hours to remove old and install the new one. What an absolute joke do not go with these people. They will overcharge you by thousands.
Jeff B.Professional, Covid precautions taken, came in at bid, fixed all non-code compliant problems and left the house as clean as it was before they started. We had the entire house re-plumbed from basement floor to roof venting at a cost surprisingly affordable. I would recommend to anyone needing plumping work done.
