Trust is everything for me ...
Had replace a 13yr old water heater on a fixed income.
I was scared because I didn't want to be taken advantage of since I know zero about the subject.
After going to YouTube university, placing calls and interviewing 4+ companies we decided to try 5th Street Plumbing.

What a God send this company is!

The old heater at some point leaked heavily and we had some mold on the lower walls.
The wooden stand holding this heater was also deeply damaged.
The plumbers were going to build a new one. None of the other companies even mentioned these issues.
This company put in a metal stand that won't corrode. They cut out the molded drywall. They put in a 55gal heater with metal fittings. It has a runoff tank above. We also had a pool of water at the street curb where the water company pipes, and our house connect.
They fixed it.

5th Street Services did all this for an affordable price.

They don't show up with a tablet full of ridiculous prices
The gentlemen were friendly, the seemed to really love their work.
Super professional. Fast and quiet. No guy carrying a tablet with ridiculous prices
They answered my msgs and calls ASAP.
Trustworthy. Honest. Trustworthy.
5th Street gives great Military and Senior Discounts.
They also told me what I needed to do to maintain the new one.
You just don't see companies like this anymore.

When we had to have our foundation repair done, they recommended 5th Street Plumbing and we were so happy with their services, any time we've needed help with plumbing, drainage, even our water softener, we've called them and they've always provided great service for a great value. Occasionally, they've come and provided DIY advice and not charged us for anything. They're great. We'll never go with anyone else.

They scoped my sewer with a camera, snaked a clog, and replaced 40 feet of my sewer line that was over 50 years old. I have never seen a concrete sewer line until now. Thats old.
I was surprised that the total bill wasn't a whole lot more than it was.
They did a great job and I won't be calling anyone else in the future.

We needed a water softener and new water heater. Our home wasn't set up for a water softener and needed to be plumbed, so it was a large project.

5th Street appeared as the most professional and best organized of all the bidders by far. After we hired them, Daniel and his team performed a grade A job all the way around. We even had a city inspector comment on how impressed he was with their work.

Having been homeowners for a while, we've hired several plumbers, and 5th Street is easily the best we've ever worked with. We've hired them for a couple of other small jobs since. Wouldn't consider anyone else at this point.
