I had interesting situation with these people. They came out and made an assessment of the issues with sink leaks, gas leaks and other issues. I bought brand new faucet and have them replace it. Less than a month later, it started leaking. I paid over $600.00 for the whole job.

Upon researching I learned there are several reasons why it can be leaking already, and one of them is over tightening. I sent them the video. They refused to come out and see it. Instead, they told me they will charge me another $112.00 for replacing it because by looking at the video it is leaky.

The owner was very rude to my wife over the phone, and didn't care. In fact, he was yelling - That is not how you deal with upset customers. He said if we didn't get the faucet from them, then it is not their fault. What I learned in life, if someone tells points out your mistake (the fact that he decided it is faulty faucet by just looking at the video), and you get offended, then YOU HAVE AN EGO PROBLEM. That definitely is ego issues there.

I thought I found a plumber that I can rely for my rental property; however, this is a place I will NEVER, NEVER go again. In fact I will let everyone know my experience so they can save their money and find a more reliable plumber.

Needed a emergency water heater to be replace due to leaking. Called up 5th Generation Plumbing and was fixed asap for me. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond and stayed with his price quote even after doing extra work beyond his quoted price. Very knowledgeable at his skilled trade and will definitely refer him to anyone that I know. If you need quick and professional work at a fair bargain price.. give 5th Generation Plumbing a call. His prices beat the big box stores .. why choose newly graduated techs when you can have Sid with years of knowledge under his belt to get it done quick and right at a awesome price!!!

Waited for over an hour for him to show up, texted him and asked if he was on his way, he texted back ""No sry bud I'm passing on job thank you gd luck on project""

We made the appointment on the phone the night before!

I wonder if he ever would have told me that he was passing on the job if I hadn't texted him or if he would have just left me there waiting!

My husband and I had an issue with our sink leaking so we called plumbers on a Sunday morning. My husband was given a window and left his law school class a little early to be home for the plumber.

Well during the time frame he was given, NO ONE SHOWED UP.

So my husband called, and they said after the plumber was done with his current job, he would show up. Well, guess what? NO ONE SHOWED UP, AGAIN.

So we tried texting, and we get, ""sorry my son had my phone"" and ""plumber is done for the day and would like to RESCHEDULE.""

Our time was literally wasted from the very beginning. When I got home from work and our sink was still leaking, I decided to call the number from my phone and have a talk with the owner of the business for such AWFUL customer service.

Well, he didnt have much to say to me, just ""we dont normally work on sundays.""

MESSAGE TO THE OWNER: DONT MAKE APPOINTMENTS ON DAYS YOU DONT WORK, WE HAVE JOBS TOO

Such a big waste of our time.

We did get a follow up text from the owner : he will give us double the discount for the inconvenience.

Honestly, to me it's more about the quality of the customer service and the way you treat your customers. So no, we dont want your discount. We just wanted to be treated with respect.

Don't waste your time!!! Schedule for Monday (10/15/18) morning as to be first on the list. Appt for 9:00-10:00 waited till 11:00 no show no call. Reached out to figure the delay. Got run around waited till 12:30, left.

4:30 received a call to rescheduled. I thought give a 2nd chance. Schedule for Wednesday (10/17/18) Appt window 8:00-10:00 still no call, no excuse, phone goes straight to voice mail - no text reply back.

I wasted 2 morning waiting around - and not given the courtesy of a call back - or reason for delay. They need to be more realistic on scheduling.

Yesterday afternoon (9/11/18), I made an appt for today between 10 and 11 AM for a minor bathroom repair. A short while before 10 AM, I was called and asked if the plumber could come between noon and 1 PM. I said yes. A while before noon, I was called and told that the plumber who was supposed to come was still on a job. I said he could come later, as I would be home. I called about 3:15 PM and was told that he was on the way. I called at 4 PM, and I received a text message saying ""Sorry, I can't talk right now."" It's now about 5:20 PM, and nobody ever showed up - and there was no call or text to tell me that the plumber would not be able to make it or to reschedule. UNRELIABLE. I'll never call them again!!

Expensive service for a broken pipe repair job that took about two hours because the journeyman plumbing was teaching a kid how to dig a hole. $600 plus bucks and three month later I'm back at getting a leak fixed at a poorly sweated pipe joint that was done by these plumbing wizards
