My shower was broken. My boyfriend went in and did his best to no avail. We had to shut the water off. American home shield sent 5 point plumbing. Because we tried to fix it ourselves, it was not covered. I spent my last $100 and couldn't afford replacement parts until next Friday. I was nearly in tears. 5 point found the part on the truck and helped me anyway! I will definitely call them for any future issues. Thank you so much! I dont know what I would have done without you!

Needed some plumbing done, called these guys up and they got me on the schedule and where at my place the next morning. All but one issue was fixed the same day! I ordered a new custom faucet and they came back out and installed it. They were fast and very helpful and haven't had any problems since. I will definitely use them again

this company is a rip off
take pics
and you have the option of going to ROC of AZ keep everything they claim they fixed or replaced
when they think you know what they are pulling they won't do job
make a complaint with AHS let them know you are going to ROC
they then cancel the contract with contractor!

The most worthless, unprofessional company, 5 Point plumbing. This company was sent by American Hoe Sheid and they must do a better job vetting companies like 5 Point plumbing before sending the likes of them into peoples homes. It was absolutely ludicrous when told me that I would have to remove the plumbing and disposal from under the sink before they would do the work. They then quoted me $375.00 to remove the disposal to get to the faulty faucet. When questioned, they told me to call a plumber. It is unbelievable that American Home Shield would use a terrible worthless scam like 5 Point Plumbing.

This company is a complete joke. I see all the one Star comments on here and I should've checked ahead of time. Wow, read all the one star comments, and they basically say the same thing, that this company scams people out of their warranty deductible and then finds ways to refuse to work! And look at their ""manager"" Dustins responses to all of these here. It is a copy and paste! wow there's great customer service for you! And don't listen to their manager, ""Dustin"" responses on here either. He is zero help and was incredibly rude as was the technician they sent out.

The story is basically they are a referred contractor for American home shield warranty company. American home shield covers all plumbing fixtures in the house. A screw broke on one of the handles and needed to be replaced. A simple two minute fix. I spoke to five point Plumbing ahead of time so I wouldn't have to pay the $125 deductible if they couldn't do the work, and gave them the specifics that all it needed was the screw on the side to be fixed. They accepted and said no problem that they could do it and would send someone out. Here's the scam part if they don't come out then I don't get charged the deductible at American home shield of $125. They can come out, and if they don't do the work, they still get the $125. That's why I wanted to make sure they knew what the problem was and fix it before they came out. When the technician came out, he gave me some lame answer that since I didn't have the screw after it broke that he couldn't fix it for the warranty company. Refused to fix it, a tiny little screw. They just need to go in the side of a handle, What kind of BS is that?! All it needed was a tiny little screw to fix it and that would've ended it. But instead, they chose to work me on some technicality with the warranty company and refused to do the work but gladly still took my $125.

And it's not the money, but the principle of this. And on top of it, both the technician and the manager Dustin were incredibly rude. Dustin actually said to me ""it's people like you that ruin it for everyone"". Yeah, I guess people like me that don't like paying $125 for zero work from a warranty are people like me. Not once did I shout, used derogatory language or anything to either Dustin or the technician but the technician turned his back to me and walked out because I questioned this, and Dustin was no better. What would've taken for them to just go get the screw and put it in which would've taken them like two minutes. But instead they fight me on technicality and tell the warranty company something so I have to pay them without any service and response. The technician actually said to me, give me a couple hundred dollars, and I'll fix it. Can you believe this?! I've managed hundreds of people at corporations and this level of non-customer service in today's world is inexcusable. There are plenty of good plumbing contractors out there that I have used locally here to choose from and I would highly recommend you move on and find another one.

I was referred them by my home warranty company and distinctively told them what I needed had been on going. they were more then happy to take the deductible and then put in that the needed repairs were pre-existing making it not cover able. wasting my time for them to come out instead of just saying it wouldn't be covered. never will recommend them ever.

Had Dustin come out to my house to evaluate my broken water heater through my American home shield warranty. While the cost of water heater was covered by the warranty Dustin quoted me $550 in uncovered expenses for the replacement parts that attached to the water heater when in reality the parts cost me $150 from Home Depot with another contractor. Just a shady business trying to take advantage of people.
