I contacted Scott on behalf of our HOA to come and give an estimate on irrigation repair as another service told us we had a broken water line that would cost $300 or more to repair. Scott was on time, professional and took the time to explain to me that it wasn't a broken line at all, but merely drainage from the lines. He also took the time to show me how to set the irrigation system to save water and what to change when the warmer months roll back around. All of this for the price a service call! It is so refreshing to see people who still have integrity and are honest. I definitely will keep Scott in mind should I need anything done around my home.

I've been using Scott with 5K construction for years now, and we couldn't be happier!Scott is super knowledgeable,and he always has a great solution for whatever we are after.He's done things like changing door handles and installing new lights, to more intensive items like installing a new electrical outlet or adding a new sink (he did the plumbing also). Scott has also helped us outsmart my Golden Retriever that loves to jump our fences. He was very creative coming up with new ideas that were functional, and looked beautiful! The gates and arbors he built were perfect. My favorite thing about Scott is he's always honest and fair. His prices are always fair and reasonable. He is also very up front when something isn't cost-effective to use to use him, i.e. he told us for a large job such a massive fence installation, a traditional fence company is cheaper. Honesty! Scott is also a blast to talk to, too. We are customers for life!
