Needed my hot water heater replaced. the plumber was on time and did the plumbing work well. when he wired the heater to the power source he claimed there was no power going to the water heater. he just said I needed to call an electrician and he left. I called an electrician who said it would be very expensive to come out that day and advised me to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. when I took the wiring panel off of the water heater I could immediately tell the thing was wired wrong. the black and red heavy gauge power cables were wired to some thin gauged sensor wires. they weren't even wired to the water heater power wires. when I sent a picture to the plumber he admitted it was wrong but then asked me if I ""just wanted to fix it myself"". when I said no he sent his apprentice out and had him fix it while the plumber was telling him what to do over the phone. this service was expensive. I will never go through these guys again.

Great service and fairly priced. Staff was friendly and helpful, technicians who came out and had to dig to repair an underground leak were very professional and explained what they were going to do. Actual work required less than was estimated and they charged me less than the estimate.

We had an under slab hot water pipe leak in the kitchen area. Called 535 Plumbing, Jim and John came out early the next morning, assessed the situation and did a temporary fix. They came out two days later (for our convenience) to reroute the hot water pipe in the attic. Their carpentry crew came out the following week and did an excellent job patching the drywall access points. All work was done in an expeditious, professional manner. I would highly recommend 535 Plumbing.

I required a water supply line valve change in my condo bathroom, plus a bidet installation. 535 was quickly responsive, using photos uploaded to their website to provide an estimate of fees for service. Scheduling was a breeze and 535 worked with the condo site manager to set the water shutoff time, even accommodating a one-day delay when the site manager made a mistake on the announcement. 535's plumber, Matt, arrived on time and was at all times pleasant, professional and helpful in answering my questions at my level of understanding, and he left the work area neat & clean. I'll definitely use 535 Plumbing again.
