Mahalo to Johnny and Jourdan for coming to fix our plumbing issue at Oeno Winery. We had a clogged toilet and needed it fixed ASAP. Called the day of and they made the time to check it out and locate the issue. They brought to our attention that some corners were cut from the original installation to keep us informed on why certain measures were being taken and then finished fixing the toilet with haste all the while making sure their workmanship was clean and precise. We appreciate the time and care they put into making sure things were back up and working. Mahalo again Johnny and Jourdan!!

THANK YOU, MARK!!! Just wanted to leave a review to let 535, and Mark about the work he did for me last week. I was having a hot water mixing valve issue not letting enough hot water out of the solar tank. Niko came by the other day to try and get it unstuck, with no avail so we definitely knew that it had to be changed out. Still, Mark tried to get the valve to open just in case the valve didn't need to be changed but it was frozen closed. He then proceeded to change the valve, vocalizing every step that he was taking to let me know what he was doing that made me feel comfortable with the process. He also used a water removal pump to make sure that the tank was properly drained so the lines didn't leak when he removed the valve. While we were waiting for the water to reheat up to do some checks, he vacuumed, and wiped up the areas he was working on (classy). We then went throughout the house to make sure they all had hot water, he even showed me how to increase or decrease the temperature if need be. Thanks Mark and 535 for the great work! Scott

Called to ask about a leaking pipe. How can you charge me $200 emergency fee for after hrs which I get but then say there's additional $200 for mobilization for plumber to come from another job. Double fee before he even gets here. I'd end up paying $1000 for him to show up and say yup you got a leak and then get charged for $200 a hr for him to start work . You guys robbing people

Johnny and Jordan dropped by my client's multi-family home today, expeditiously snaked the drained and replaced a few p-trap parts all within 1/2 hour. Fast, professional and personable!

after our water heater sprung a leak we didn't know quite what to do. We called this company because our neighborhood used them to install their new water heater. Working with 535 and Home Depot we secured a new water heater. Had it installed the very same day with very little hassle and no problems. Everybody was smooth, professional, and a pleasure to have working in our house. I will definitely call 535 again if I need plumbing, hopefully not a new water heater for a long time.

Sadly I called them 3x and spoke to 3 different people. No one came to check my shower leaks. Got the run around about parts with no solution so finally hired a contractor.

Aloha, Big mahalo goes out to Nicko Garcia who did the work for me. Appointment was schedule for between 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. but he arrived at 2:15 - 2:30 p.m.. I had a clog toilet and it was leaking water at the base. He unclog the toilet by dismantling the pipe under the sink and used a drain auger to get down the pipe and was able to unclog it with it. Turned out to be paper towel stuck down there in the pipe. He then had to reseal the wax and rechalked the toilet base because it was leaking everytime I used to plunger to try and unclog the toilet.
