I'm a pretty handy person, so generally hate calling in contractors-- both because I can usually fix issues myself, but also because of how often contractors send dude bros that speak down to me (a woman). When we had a sewer backup I knew I had to call in a pro, so I chose this company specifically because a lot of other reviews mentioned a woman co-owner/plumber. It did end up being two men who came out, but they were polite, quick, respectful, and didn't treat me like I was clueless (even though I'd admittedly made some pretty big mistakes in my attempt to fix the problem myself). I'll call them again without hesitation for future plumbing needs.

Stefanie with 525 Plumbing came out to our rental property to address the poor hot water flow to the kitchen faucet. She quickly found and fixed the problem (that a previous plumber had failed to identify), without us having to replace the faucet. She also came up with a smart way to try to identify the source of an intermittent leak we've been having on the lower floor. We are very impressed and satisfied with her work, and will use 525 Plumbing for any future needs.

I can't say enough good things about this company. The owner came out to diagnose an issue with our pool's plumbing which is buried under about 2"""" of concrete. There was no water flow, so we were worried about a collapsed pipe. He spent close to 2 hours running a snake back/forth until he found a plastic pool shock bag stuck in the line. Very reasonable pricing and super nice guy. If he had given up sooner, it could have cost us thousands to dig it up. Thank you!

Stephanie is incredible, and she knows her stuff! She came out to diagnose a plumbing problem we've been having for years. It was not an easy task, she was extremely thorough and she figured it out fast. Everything was perfectly clean when she left - you'd never even know she was here. And she is one of the loveliest, kindest people I've met (as is her Dad, Michael). They really make you feel like family. I love that she, her Dad, her Mom and her husband are running this business together. They are as top-notch and professional as it gets, and I highly recommend them for any plumbing problem you might have.

I don't usually post 5-star reviews, but 525 Plumbing Services has earned every one of their five stars. I discovered a plumbing problem Sunday night and called a neighbor for a recommendation. She had used 525 Plumbing Services in the past and recommended them to me. (STAR 1) I called the company and left a message Sunday night, with the idea that they would call me the next business day. To my surprise, Stephanie Franklin called me about 5 minutes after I left voicemail. (STAR 2) Ms. Franklin scheduled an appointment on Tuesday and arrived as promised. (STAR 3). Ms. Franklin thoroughly explained the problem to me and completed the work at a fair price. (STAR 4). This is a local, family-owned business and it is apparent to me that they care about doing a good job. (STAR 5). They have earned my highest recommendation.

Outstanding service from 525 Plumbing Services. For months, we had a stinky odor coming through our HVAC vents, primarily into my teen son's room. Our HVAC company and another plumber dismissed my concerns. I thought it might be sewer related. Stephanie and Carl did a smoke test and found a sewer gas leak, but realized that it was not the cause of the smell. They were smart enough to bring in their natural gas detector.They found two major leaks in the natural gas pipes in our basement -- one right below the vent to my son's room. They fixed the leaks, and my son is on the mend. I cannot express enough gratitude to Stephanie and Carl.

Great work at a reasonable price. Stephanie came out and was able to fix our plumbing issue for a fraction of the cost of other quotes. The other place quoted us for $1,600 for work that was unnecessary. Stephanie was able to fix the problem for less than $400. Great family business -- very honest and reliable. Highly recommended!

Honest, reliable, good work, effective, willing to answer questions even after the job is done. We were referred to this company by Pellican Water Systems to install our new water filter and softener. This company came in with a reasonalbe price, hundreds below the majority of the others. They discovered other issues which a prior company was recently supposed to fix. They were flexible and patient while waiting for the work to be completed so they could install the filter/softner. This company was a blessing and I recommend them to everyone.
