I am extremely impressed with five-star septic solutions. Our septic tank was backing up. I contacted this company and they were able to come out the same day within three hours of my phone call. They were very professional and affordable. I will definitely be using them In the future.

My husband and I spoke with our parents about trying a new septic company as we have had many issues lately. My husband found 5 Star Septic Solutions and we read all the wonderful reviews. We had them come out to our 10 acres in Willis, TX yesterday. Upon inspection from John and he asked about additional tanks. We said we don't know of any other tanks, as we have three with risers. Sara grabbed a shovel and went to digging and found we had an additional tank that we didn't know existed, which by the way was full. Why this was never mentioned to us in over ten years of inspection and maintenance was mind blowing. This had been the issue we'd been having with odor, broken aerators etc They were professional, kind, informational, and hard working. They pumped and cleaned all three tanks. Answered all our questions. Later that day, I went online looking for chlorine tablets and was trying to find an economical solution to tablets when I came across liquid chlorination. I read website after website and determined that installing a liquid bleach dispenser would save hundreds of dollars per year. This morning I called and Roger answered, I told him I had questions regarding a liquid bleach dispenser and he said they install them, but gladly answered all my questions regarding the ones I saw online. What a GREAT team they have. Honest, hardworking and kind people are who you want, installing, maintaining and coming onto your private property. We will not be using any other company going forward.
