We had a punch list of plumbing needs with some small fixes and 2 large fixes which were a broken toilet and an outdoor leaking spigot. Upon arrival, David went over the list with us and then got right to work on the 2 biggest issues first. He was able to complete all of our requests
, leaving us feeling confident with his work. We would recommend David to anyone in need of new plumbing installs and fixes to existing plumbing.

It isn't easy learning all the new things to owning a house. And I don't even really own the house. My mom is still the owner, but after dad's passing 2 years ago, I became head of her household. Mom is unable to do many things. So, it's up to me to take care of things. There is no manual for adulting!

For the 3rd time in 10 years, the most recent being 2018, the water heater broke. And leaked again into the house. I remember the disaster my parents suffered in 2018 and I wanted to cry thinking it happened again. But, I put on my big girl pants to check Yelp for a plumber. And that's when I found 5 Star Plumbing!

David and Barbara are so great! I told them my situation. They were cooperative, friendly, informative, and the greatest blessing overall. David put my mind at ease of how the situation will get fixed. And he took care of the water heater and pipes! Barbara is amazing with scheduling and any information. This is my plumbing go-to! I have a minor situation with a sink and I know it will get done soon! My house schedule has been crazy lately so I have to put it on hold. But I have a trustworthy company!

5 Star Plumbing hasn't completed my repair and I am already so impressed. A few of the other companies could not get us till over a week. It was an emergency water leak from inside the wall. The water was leaking in the garage, bathroom, bedroom closet. 5 Star Plumbing made calls to move the schedule around to get one of their top guys to swing by home within the hour!

They responded to EVERY call quickly and effectively. They arrived on time, communicated directly with my tenants and warranty company. They are coming out tomorrow morning again to complete the repair. (With this being a home warranty issue, they couldn't get approval to move forward during their first visit)

They updated me thoroughly with possible service needs to repair the leak. (They will not know what will be needed for sure, till they open the wall) They said they will try their best to not have me needing to call on other service providers to repair the walls, cabinets, and/or carpet.

They just seem to ""get it"". I know all will be taken care of perfectly.
That's 5 stars for 5 Star Plumbing!

Got an appointment less than 48 hours out (not an emergency), and David called the morning of to suggest what he thought the problem was and if I could do it myself, we could cancel and save the money. Thanks, but I didn't want to do it myself! I appreciate the gesture and free advice. Also advised of a change in morning work before me that might cause a little delay.
Installed new faucet in 25 minutes, almost half the time he estimated! Friendly, quick, clean service, advised on what to look out for in the future, warranty, and was on his way. Overall, great experience with zero fuss and a fair price for services.

Very responsive, had trouble even getting other plumbing companies on the phone, but 5 Star had someone here within two hours during a week day. They were able to clear my very clogged kitchen sink drain line and the cost was very reasonable. David did a great job and even gave me tips to prevent it from occurring in the future. Definitely recommend calling 5 Star first.

Barb and David are a great team. We are new to Reno and needed some plumbing services. Barb is quick to respond and is a great communicator -- a skill often overlooked in the service industry. David was on time and quickly got to the the issue at hand. We had a leak in the kitchen sink that was dripping in the crawl space. David diagnosed and repaired it efficiently. What I really appreciated about David is his knowledge of all issues plumbing related and he offered so many value added suggestions. In all honesty, he could charge for such valuable advice. I would definitely call Barb and David again the next time we have a need for outstanding plumbing services.

I'm in a two story house. Water began dripping onto my breakfast bar and a large bubble developed in the ceiling with drip coming through it. I called 5 Star and got voicemail, leaving me wondering if I should call someone else. However, Barbara called me back in less than 20 minutes and apologized for having been on the phone. She had a technician who would be back in the office within the next few minutes and she would send him out. Within approximately an hour the technician was at my house and working. It required cutting two holes in my ceiling to find the problem. The pipe leak was in one spot but had run down to where the water broke through. The cuts were done neatly and everything underneath was covered in plastic for protection. The problem was some type of connecting piece where the shower drain hooked into main drain. The technician explained everything, replaced the piece and provided the broken piece to me. He even tried to find someone who could replace the dry wall, but that place was too busy. I do have someone who can do it. I'm very satisfied with the company. I was afraid I would be waiting for days unable to use any water upstairs. The cost was extremely reasonable and everyone courteous and professional. They advertise that all employees are vaccinated against COVID-19, very important to me.
