This company deserves NO STARS!!! The service man came out and charged us $250 to simply hook up the sink lines to the faucet. The faucet was already in, all he did was connect THE LINES!!! They quoted us $75 !!!! When we called THREE TIMES TO TALK TO THE OWNER HE NEVER CALLED BACK THREE TIMES!!!!! Then every time we called the company NO ONE COULD HELP, so they claimed!!! Save your money!

We had this company come out over the winter when we had no heat. The owner sent his son who appeared to be in training. He spent the most of the day here and added several pounds of refrigerant to our heat pump/compressor to hack a fix. He said we needed a relay switch for our indoor unit but said they were only available in Salisbury and that he would have to go there the next day to get one. I just smelled something was not right. I called Kingdom, they came out the next day, were here for 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and found a part locally. When the cooling season came, the AC went down and 2 separate contractors told me there was way too much refrigerant in the unit. 5 Star is anything but...I wouldn't wish these guys on my worst enemy.

Did not have good experience with this company. Needed help with water softener system that they placed in the house because it was not connecting with the app that it has. Wanted to know the settings on it as well since it was placed in the house before I moved in. Asked someone to come out which they did, but the technician did not help at all and in fact looked as if he did not want to help me at all. Not to mention was over an hour late. And wanted to charge $75 to come out. Called again and was told I would be called back and to put salt in my water softener. Never called back. Felt like a simple service was put to the waist side and not felt like there was good customer service at all. Would not recommend based on this experience.

I called 5 Star Plumbing for a 2nd opinion after First Class Plumbing told me I needed a new kitchen faucet ($600)! 5 Star customer support advised me someone would be by within an hour to give me an estimate. Well the actual plumber showed up and told me I only needed a replacement cartridge that he had on his truck! I was tickled pick that the repairs were complete within an hour of my call and they accepted the $50 discount offered on their website against my bill for services The plumber was Kevin and he was professional and efficient. I want to thank both Kevin and 5 Star for offering quality HONEST service.

Prompt & courteous! Have used them for my central air system as well as plumbing. It can be a little pricey (especially if you're used to hiring your local ""handyman""), but they know what they are doing and guarentee their work!

The company is responsive but way over priced. $300 to replace a single elbow fitting. This was exposed and easily accessible. $520 to replace the internals of a toilet tank. If you are in desperate need they will be there but you are going to pay for it.

I called today based on a recommendation from a neighbor. Called at 10:45 a.m. on Sunday morning and was told someone was in my area and ""would be over soon"" for an HVAC issue. 2 hours and 30 minutes go by and no one is here. I have called the office and texted both the owner and service tech and no reply. Like most folks we are busy and like to plan our day.

Had we been given a time estimate or window I would have been perfectly ok with it. However the transparency has been terrible and non existent. When I am told ""someone is in my area and will be over soon"" I'm thinking 15-30 minutes. Had they said 1:00-3:00 or 3:00-5:00 the expectation would have been set and we could have run errands, spent quality time at the beach with family, etc. I am also in business for myself and always make expectations both clear and transparent.

I do NOT recommend this company. Please note that 90% of the time when I review a company I do so with a 5-star rating as I understand the positive impact reviews can have on a business when good work is done. Cannot do that here. Disappointing....

Had a plumbing leak waiting for us when we arrived for our vacation. Contacted 5 Star the night before and could not have been treated any nicer. Plumber arrived during the time window as promised the next day. Was clean cut, polite, and very friendly. He made the repair and double checked everything. Charges were very fair considering it was a Saturday late afternoon. Needless to say their refrigerator magnet is now prominently displayed on our fridge and we will definitely use them again.

Used 5 Star several times to my complete satisfaction! Joey and crew does a great job maintaining my HVAC systems! I recommended 5 Star to my sister in law to repair a leaky water service valve! Joey was kind enough to rearrange his schedule to provide almost immediate service as rental folks were booked for the house in two days! I love to recommend a quality family owned business such as 5 Star!
