Rana A.I read excellent reviews and decided to call this company but I was disappointed. They gave me a two hour window but I had to call twice after which they came 20 minutes beyond the window. My request was from the start to send HVAC and plumbing but they only sent a plumber. He wasn't sure about some basic plumbing issues and asked me to decide as he wasn't sure where the water pipes run behind the wall snd said unless he cut open the wall he wouldn't know how to figure out where to drill on the wall. At the end I ended up paying too much and I'll never call them again. He even started by asking me about the filter sizes for HVAC and after plumbing was done he told me that he actually didn't do any HVAC that's a separate call and separate visit cost. Very unethical and disappointing.
