Just bought a house in Aurora area and it needs more work than I am able to wrap my head around. Mike and his team are a sweet sigh of relief. When the owner Mike came out to give a free quote he was very thorough and addressed all my concerns. It honestly seemed like I was dealing with a friend. A very professional friend but that feeling of trust came so natural. He gave really fair quotes and I will definitely be using this company as my family plumber!! Would recommend to anyone! Seriously.

Mike and his team replaced our tank water heater with a tankless water heater. They only use the best and highest BTU tankless water heaters.
When we had a fluke happen with cold water that just shot out when we used the shower and washer at the same time mike answered right away and took the time to ask questions and let me know what was going on. Turns out this old house keeps giving headaches but luckily I have someone trustworthy to run things by.

Seriously don't hesitate, go with this company.
It even has it in the name.

Called 5 Star Plumbing yesterday to get a quote, Mike showed up on time wearing face mask and booties over his boots today.
After agreeing to his recommendations and quote, he started working on relocating my main sprinkler line right away. He also cleaned up connections and added a new valve & thermal expansion tank to my water heater to replace an old, rusted valve.
Overall, satisfied with the work Mike did. Will use again for any plumbing need...Highly recommended!!

Mike Miller is professional, methodical and, effectively investigated and resolved a plumbing mystery. He was patient and explained everything he was doing and why. Mike is kind, friendly, and really knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

We had Five Star Plumbing replace our water line from the street into the home 18 months ago. When they did it, they ripped up the lawn irrigation system and stiffed us with the bill. Now 18 months later, the fittings all broke and we have another $1500 bill to fix their terrible work. EVERYONE SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! They do terrible work and you will end up paying twice!

Just to give you an idea of pricing. $2k for a new hot water heater.
Just to come to the house and find a leak $200 and then to drain a 40 gallon hot water heater $200. That a bit pricey, and don't try and tell them you want them to do it cheaper.

These guys are great. They have been helping with with plumbing issues in my condo for the last year or two. They are always on time, very intelligent and take pride in their work. I will certainly continue to use them in the future, as they take care of their customers.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing help. They are a bit on the pricier side, but they have integrity and are there to help you. If anything goes wrong in the future they are easy to work with and to correct the problem, which is extremely appreciated.

This company is fabulous! We were referred to and called Mike last minute and he made time for us and got a crew over within 30 minutes. Mike was courteous, professional and had excellent communication until we got something booked.

Zack and Tony came over and assessed the problem and worked hard to get it fixed quickly and professionally. They were both professional, kind and good thinkers/problem solvers. We were very comfortable with both of them being in our home and they were both very thoughtful and cognizant to be clean and keep our home clean.

They are great and we would definitely use them again and/or refer any of our friends and neighbors to them.

My judge of a business, any business, isn't as much about any bumps in the road as much as any judgement is based on how they FIX the bumps. We had a bump today. A nice young man met me at my apartment building yesterday, looked at the problem, gave me an estimate and said it would be done TODAY. I had flooding going on in a Tenant's unit and in the mechanical room, so it HAD to be today. When I called them at 9:30 this morning, the guy said they got busy and it wouldn't be until tomorrow that they could get down! UHUH!!! I called Mike, he jumped right in and said it was unacceptable, got someone down there today, found ANOTHER problem and fixed the whole darned thing.

Some people would give a lousy review for something like this. I think that's just wrong, mistakes happen, I make them all the time. But I take how I treat my Tenants VERY seriously, and obviously Mike takes his business super-seriously too. The kid that did the work did a FINE job too. So, why would I go out and take potluck with someone new now?! I already KNOW how Mike handles mess-ups. I'm almost happier when something like this happens because I know how they'll act at their worst! They did REALLY good today...
