Christian came by our home in Yucaipa and really showed us why they are called 5-Star Plumbing. I was amazed at how patient, kind, and knowledgeable he was regarding our plumbing needs. We couldn't have been happier and plan to use them for any future plumbing issues that arise. Also- we called on a Sunday evening, expected to leave a message, but was greeted with a warm, friendly, and all around helpful voice on the other end. We made an appointment for the very next morning and can see that the whole team at 5-Star Plumbing are true professionals with kind hearts. Thanks!!

Called 5 Star for a leaking shower and had someone come out the same day which was super appreciated. Our hero was Christian who was masked, cordial, explained possible outcomes and prices up front which was greatly welcomed. Christian took the time to explain the work and how it was going to be done and encouraged to watch his work - super knowledgable. After further inspection of our water pressure, turned out our pressure was over the recommended range and both agreed we change out the 29 year pressure regulator. What I really liked was that time was taken to explain what the issue was, what work will be done so there's no surprises and even show home owners how to take care of their home to prevent further issues into the future. Do what ever you can to keep Christian, he's an asset. Definitely will call 5 Star for future plumbing issues.

My son made an appointment and quickly pick your company based on
your rating of 5 star on Yelp. Christian showed up with a mask and practicing safety measures. He checked the problem and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He was explaining what causes the problem and
his resolution. He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what his job is. The problem was quickly resolved and he even checked it to make sure
there are no other problem on our other sink.

Lo and behold with Christian outstanding performance, your company
really deserved the 5-star for having an honest, hardworking employee
like Christian.

I called Roto Rooter because everyone knows them and they've been around since the beginning of time. Someone from Roto Rooter came out and said their going rate for clearing a drain would be $450. I called around and found 5 Star Plumbing. They estimated they could do the job for less than half that amount. I scheduled the job with them and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They took care of the clogged drain and also addressed some leaking drain pipes under the sink. Thanks. I would highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing.

5 Star Plumbing is very responsive and honest. We had a toilet that would not flush and our current plumber told us it could not be fixed and we needed a new toilet. We have Koehler toilets and only 7 years old so I searched for a new plumber. 5 Star was the first plumber to call me back and Mike was great. He asked me to take a picture of the mechanics inside the tank and serial number. After he saw the pictures he knew the toilet could be fixed and set an appointment for the next day. The tech came out and saw it was a bad gasket and replaced it. The toilet is working great and it even cost me less than the price quoted as they did not need t replace all the mechanics. Very honest and professional. We will all 5 star for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Cristian came in on time, very knowledgeable of what was going on and explained the whole process to me. Not only took care of what needed to be fixed but also did more and beyond then what was expected. I am very satisfied with the outcome and service. Definitely don't feel like one more number, he took the time to understand our needs and was 100% professional. I also called them yesterday evening and they offer to come right over but instead I asked them to be here in the morning and they were on time. Very satisfied will def. Call them in the future.
