Had trouble with bathtub drain. Called early morning for appointment and said they could be there in afternoon 1-3pm.
Tech called and said he could be there a little before that. showed up looked at trouble and quoted price and I agreed. Did work, I was happy with work.
Tech informed me trouble wasn't that bad and only charged me for service call.
I plan to use this company for my future repairs and projects.

This is the perfect name for this company. Fernando jr. came out to look at our 1950's leaking bathtub faucet. We had lost hope because 2 others informed (guessed) that the faulty ""part"" was no longer made (the stem)...no one took it out to look at it, which we knew involved turning off our water and physically taking it out. He did that, and found that the seat was cracked (a small little part), and no problem with the stem. He got the part and repaired it. He identified the stem's brand, in case we needed it to search for it, in the future. We are so happy..the other two wanted to install all new fixtures for quite a bit of money without ever going over the basics of a leak. He will be our go to plumber from now on..Reasonable price for excellent help...

Clogged bathroom sink. Called a couple places, said they would show up but didn't. Called 5 star plumbing around 4pm, they said they would be there in 30 minutes and they were. Took apart the bottom drain under sink, snaked it and put it back together. Quick reliable service, everywhere is expensive but prices are reasonable. Worth the fast service !

I have one of those retractable faucet heads and did the mistake of taking off the faucet head without holding onto the retractable part and it got lodged into the faucet. After my boyfriend couldn't get it unstuck, he got in touch with 5 Star Plumbing. They came the same day and within 30 minutes of arriving, Christian was able to dislodge the retractable part and screw back the faucet head. He described to me what options I had and what prices they would be before doing anything which I very much appreciate. Very friendly and was able to explain what I could do next time so it wouldn't happen again. He also didn't mind my curious cats

Excellent service!! Fernando came out and fixed my leaking copper pipe under slab. Very professional. checked for water pressure drop none was found thank goodness. Price was very reasonable compared to other quotes actually saved $800.00!! Check the web site for coupons for saving!!! And be sure to mention it before service!!! Anyway we waited a few days before filling the slab back with cement. Fernando bought another worker with him for the job and he too was very nice friendly and professional. This was a very pleasant experience even though it cost$$$$ I did not feel like I was taken advantage of. My water bill is usually $39 a month but with that leak it was $133!! So I guess the repair will save me in the long run and not waste precious water!! I highly recommend this company!
