Not only did he declog my shower drain and fix the kitchen sink, but he also taught me how to maintain them myself so as to prevent and address any issues down the road. So friendly! They came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed a leak in our pipes (which is why I called) and even addressed our low hot water pressure in our kitchen sink while they were here! I needed help removing and reinstalling my water heater so that some dry rot could be fixed under the floor boards. 5-Star Plumbing, specifically Max and Paul, gave me a quote half the price of my local plumber and did a fantastic job. Above and beyond the repair itself:
They contacted me promptly and had appointments available within a couple of days.
They gave me a two hour window and Paul called ahead to say he was en route, and actually arrived and completed the job within that window. The icing on the cake was - he used shoe covers.

I showed him the problem and he gave me a estimate then. The service call amount was applied to the cost of the repair.
