Adam, our tech, is a great representative for 5 Star plumbing. His communication was excellent, gave us notice he was running early and when he was 15 minutes out. Are issue was a clogged kitchen drain and a fried garbage disposal. In and out in 45 minutes. Everything was explained and priced before work started. No surprises. Would use again.

Adam and an apprentice showed up early, and had our sink unclogged in a short period of time. Adam told me the likely cause of our problem, how to keep it from happening again and what other options were available if it did. He also gave us a good evaluation of the condition of our pipes. Adam is a busy guy and works quickly, but he is perfectly polite and courteous and takes whatever time is needed when interacting with his customers. He speaks a few languages as well. I don't know if all the plumbers that work for this company are as good as Adam, but he says they have a great group of people! If you have any plumbing problems, don't hesitate to call and ask for an appointment.

Expensive: Plugged kitchen sink: $280.00 estimate on arrival. Its a 20-30 minute job based upon numerous past episodes w same sink.

I declined. If a plugged kitchen sink is charged at 280.00, what would a real plumbing emergency cost?

Prompt service, honest, and fair pricing. My tankless water heater wasn't igniting. The service rep came out within a couple hours and quickly serviced the unit.

Peter from Five Star Plumbing did a great job of diagnosing a broken thermocouple as the cause of why our water heater wasn't working and replacing the broken part immediately, all at a good price. I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing.

Eze performed a replacement of our main shut-off valve to our house, which was leaking badly and also replaced a leaky bathroom fawcet. The main valve replacement required cutting the old valve out of the copper manifold and soldering in new copper fittings and the new shut-off valve. His soldering workmanship is flawless. he also handled the fawcet replacement with ease. In addition he was courteous, neat, and very professional. I would certainly recommend Eze for any plumbing work you may be considering!

Called 5 star on a plumbing emergency and they came out within 2 hours on a Thursday night at 9:30pm. Khali was great - diagnosed the problem immediately, gave a fair quote, and then cleared the sewer main that was blocked. It was resolved within an hour. Cannot recommend more highly.

For my budget, a little pricey for a service call. I found out that anytime a 5Star Tech comes out you are obligated to pay the cost of a service fee (only estimates are free).

The noise I called the company about dissipated when the technician (EZ), came. Nothing for him to fix anymore.

I was sad I had to pay so much for a service call.

Oh well, being that he was there, and I had to pay,

Not all lost, I asked him if he could put in my shower head (I had a new one), he obliged and fixed. He also found a nail for my loose shower tub knob.

EZ was a very nice family man, and explained that when I hear noises, I must call the same day.

He also said stated my service fee could go toward any future repairs. Overall, lessons learned for me.
