Called Five Star plumbing after the valve handle for my shower broke off with the cartridge stuck inside.

They were very professional in explaining all scenarios including pretty expensive replacement of the whole valve should the removal of stuck cartridge turned out to be not possible.

Eze showed up on time, was very meticulous and systematically worked to successfully remove the old cartridge after quite a bit of effort. He helped me save $$$ as well as time! Finished the work fast and with quality.

Greatly appreciate the work and would highly recommend Eze and Five Star.

The company recently replace my about 20 year old gas water heater. The experience was very smooth.
I called a few places before deciding to proceed with ""5 Star Plumbing"". Leo was very responsive. He was clear and open to give me a very reasonable quote. Leo and Sam helped me set up a next day appointment. I appreciate the fast availability, it's hard to live without hot water in the winter.
Eze is the technician who came to do the actual work. He sounded knowledgeable and competent, and was patiently addressed my questions. He also called me over to show and explain for key steps. He cleaned up the work area well, leaving no mess behind.

I am submitting a revised review of 5 stars plumbing based on their response to my initial writing. Ron of customer service contacted me by phone to understand what happened. He was respectful and offered explanation which was plausible given there is always possibility of material failure not related to workmanship. Our problem was solved by another company and I thank him for following up. Not by my request , Ron offered to refund the first visit fee to make it right. That's definitely is 5 stars performance!

5 star earned every single one of those stars. I had purchased a washer from a store and they attempted to install it but the supply faucet failed and spewed water everywhere. I called 5 star and asked if they could fix it the same day. Without hesitation they said that a tech would be able to stop by in the evening. But I received a call saying that they were available earlier and I readily agreed. The tech Eze arrived, he was polite, knowledgeable and assessed the problem quickly (corroded fixtures) and within an hour had resolved the issue. I would highly recommend 5 star plumbing they saved me a ton of trouble.
