Kandi C.I give them a 100! Finding out your sump pump went out and your basement had flooded on a Friday at 4:59pm is a horrible feeling. People just do not do after hours work anymore it seems. However I put in a request on Facebook for a recommendation and the wonderful Heidi answered the call. She had me call her Boss and he got me that night to replace it. More than replacing the sump pump it was the kindness and professionalism of Rodney Miles and his son that was the winner for me. Little things mean alot. His son went outside to get the pump off the truck and noticed our door handle was loose and ask if he could tighten it.
I definitely highly recommend 5 STAR MECHANICAL
