I'm revising my last review because 5 Star Drain Service
ghosted me big time.
Called and told them I had another drain problem. Said they would
be out in the afternoon and never showed up (?)
So Yeah.......not to happy with that.
I really liked them too :-(

I've had the pleasure of meeting the owner and operator of 5 star plumbing and not only is he a great person his work speaks for itself my water heater went out and he gave me the best price in town and did very clean work .5 star plumbing will always be my 1st call for any future needs I may have... thanks again for the great work and your professional advise

Jason is a horrible employee. He came into my home with an extremely bad attitude and horrible customer service. The reason for his return visit was because he didn't do his job right the first time in unclogging a drain. He said I did do a good job because I even recorded it. He then says I'm gonna record it again without asking for permission to record in my house. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my own home before. So I recorded them as well. Some lady also comes in without stating who she is or what she's there for. She was blocking my bathroom door so I asked her to please move so I could see him do the job, she says in a snooty voice "" he's fixing it"" I'm like okay I just want to make sure he's doing a good job. She replies with "" you don't need to give me attitude"". So I said "" noooo, you don't need to give me attitude you are in my house"" Jason then says okay were outta here. I'm like yes ""please get out of my house! I have never dealt with such unprofessional people before!"" That guy with the tattoos keeps yelling yeah whatever thank you, thank you. Seriously I'm surprised anybody would hire such a hostel person to enter a home on a daily basis. I don't recommend this business at all. Besides he couldn't do the job right the first time, it was my fault for expecting a better job from a lazy employee.
