Patrick from 5 Star Best Plumbing really helped me out with a bad root situation in our sewer pipe. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Kept a very neat work area. Would definitely use his services again.

I do not recommend. Stay away.
The plumber came to my home. Misdiagnosed the problem. Said it was a drain leek, when I knew it was a pipe under pressure. Finally told him to check the meter..... if it's spinning, then its a pipe under pressure. I was correct.
He punched holes in my walls looking for the source of the problem. He then left without finding the leak and sent me a quote for $2265 to come back. He still didn't even know where the problem was.
I found the leak myself and told them it was a simple repair. He said he would be back the day after but was a no-call no-show. Never to be heard from again! I put a temporary patch myself and had another plumber come out and he repaired for $300.
And I had to pay 5 Star $99 just to come out and do nothing except to punch holes in my walls.
Stay away from these guys. I don't think this is a legit plumbing company. I think they farm out to independent plumbers and you get whoever is available.

This was an Emergency, called a few others who where not available or quoted to high. I finally found 5 Star Best Plumbing. We recently moved in and had basement floor drained backed up. That same day they came out to snake the line and found it was a much bigger project. Since my basement was flooded due to main line never being cleaned in years. The home never had a clean out. Within couple days after city permits job was fix and haven't had issues since. Great job highly recommend these guys.

Shawn fixed the leak under our kitchen sink easily. He also connected our water line to the fridge. No more leak and we can now have ice and cold water. Recently asked them to come out to give me a quote on a bathroom faucet that's no longer supplying hot water. They told me that the hose leading from the hot water supply to the faucet spout needed to be replaced. But the said hose is a specialized one and it can only be obtained by purchasing a new faucet from the manufacturer (Moen). They quoted me ~$900 for the whole job (~$550 for the new faucet and $350 for the installation). When I asked for the faucet model name and serial number, they wouldn't provide them which made me suspicious. I'm extremely busy with work (physician) but I'm also handy so I decided to take a look under the sink myself and saw that there was a kink in the hose, which was easily fixed by unscrewing, realigning the hose to get rid of the kink, then screwing it tight again. The hose is also a standard one that can be purchased from any hardware store. Buyer beware!

I called a five-star plumbing, because we had Ace we're back up. The team over the phone were amazing and they were here within one hour after the phone call. He snake the line and it was back to working within 30 minutes. What really made me happy was that he assess the problem and was very straightforward, he was definitely a professional.

5 Star Plumbing has recently become my first call for any plumbing related issue. First Sako came to spend several hours working on a particularly stubborn clogged kitchen line, then Gabriel came the next day to finish it off.

Steve also came out on another call to help me with a leaking toilet fill valve. The skirted toilet required lifting the toilet up from the floor mounts to repair the leak, but he managed it quickly and easily.

Great teamwork they arefast, efficient, and reliable! I called many other services, but many would send someone who will evaluate then quote then conduct the service - who has time for that?! Especially when you need your sink fixed as soon as possible. The first service was very late to my appointment and then no showed. I liked how this company made a quote immediately so I can make a quick decision . The plumber came early vs. on time. John came with a friendly attitude and did a great job. I'm happy with the work and process and would use the service again!
