Thank you Joshua for going above and beyond to help me with my backflow mess.
Whoever installed my backflow system had placed cinder blocks underneath and obstructed the ability for access. After digging for hours and actually damaging the pipe Joshua is more than helpful and instructing us how to repair.. What would have cost us $600 only took us time and energy.. and a few dollars for hardware store supplies.
After the pipes were fixed the back flow system reinstalled Joshua came out for a second time to test the backflow.change the filters made the necessary repairs cuz it failed the first time, submitted the paperwork and now I'm good to go for a year. He was also able to contact the water district that was requiring this process now as they did not issue me the number associated with my property. Thank you sir for what you've done I'll be sure to contact you next year for my next required test..
I've already passed his number on to my neighbor who also is in need..I will also post his number on my neighborhood watch for all those who might need to get theirs done as we have all received this notice..

Josh handled our backflow services for the City of Bellevue. He took care of all the paperwork and made the process quick, easy and straightforward. I had a question for him on another item relating to our water system and even though he wasn't making any money, he talked me through the problem so I was able to easily fix it. Josh is just an awesome professional! I contacted him about the sprinkler system leak, and twenty minutes later he is in front of my house investigating! We had severe leak, our HOA said it'll cost us $1000 to replace it (I was shocked) and they didn't even stop the leak. But Josh came in, stopped the leak with just a screw driver, and saved us tons of money. He was even trying not to charge me, so I had to force him to charge me something. Josh is very honest man who tries to help you as much as he can, suggest you what could be done better, will tell you his tips, he just truly cares! He tries to solve the problem asap and get 100% customer satisfaction. Even weeks later he tries to check back and see if Im not having any problem.
I still might have other problems around the backpressure, and he is the number person to contact! I highly recommend anybody. Im sure even if he can't solve it himself, he'll still try to point you in the right direction!

Requested a quote through Yelp, for our annual backflow testing at our house and he was the quickest of 3 to respond. Communication was prompt and professional and scheduling was easy. He arrived on time and later that evening he emailed/submitted the results to the City and CC'ed me to have as a record.

Price was fair and will be using again next year.

Update 3/17: So the good news is someone came and fixed our valve. Scott, who fixed it, said that whoever serviced it before left one of the test valves open on accident. I thought it was Josh but it turns out it was the person who did our backflow the year after Josh when I was out of the country.

My wife and I got mixed up on dates so I would reiterate Josh is friendly and great at what he does. I feel bad about thinking he was the one who messed up our sprinkler, it was another company!
