Josh (5 Star Backflow Services) is fantastic! This is our second year in a row using this company for the city mandated annual backflow testing and we've been extremely happy with the service both times. Josh has been prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. This year, we had some issues with our shut-off valve being EXTREMELY tight and Josh spent quite a bit of time and effort, including driving to a hardware store to get a necessary part, to get the issue resolved for us. He really went above and beyond to help us and we can't thank him enough for that. Definitely use this company for any of your backflow needs!!

We no longer live in the home in Seattle so the appointment requires a bit of coordination with tenants. To my surprise, Josh jumped in and replied right away. He gave me a date over the phone and I was out of town but he was able to complete the work without any inconvenience to me and mailed the report to my utility company.
