He is very knowledgeable, nice, professional and definitely went the extra mile by checking on the overall health of our plumbing/pipes and happily answering all of my questions. I met Damon Saunders, Owner of 5 Diamond Plumbing, at Streator Pipes in AG. The attraction to use 5 Diamond was they do commercial and residential plumbing and it was advertised on Damon's truck. Damon and his staff were so very patient and accommodating. I wanted to get the commercial faucet appliance replaced at Hope Church. It took two weeks to get the correct appliance replacement, and Damon's man Doug installed the faucet with rinser. It was pretty complicated but he got it done. I will be using 5 Diamond Plumbing going forward. If you look at Damon's reviews, they definite care about their workmanship and treating his clients with utmost care.

I had 5 Diamond plumbing install a new 50 gallon gas water heater in my home a couple of months ago. It wasn't an emergency. I wanted to replace 18 year old water heater before it was a problem. The owner was great to deal with. I emailed pictures of my old water heater to Damon. He researched best options and prices. I added some shower valve replacements and tub drain to his visit. He was on time and had all parts needed. Hauled all the old stuff away, cleaned up. Completed all tasks in time frame he estimated. Price was very fair. I will definitely call again if need in future.

I used 5 Diamond Plumbing for the first time last week. They are now in my phone contacts. Damon, the owner came to my house, after hours no less, and from what I gathered right after he got home. But he jumped in truck and came right over. Yes we live in the same town, but in my opinion, it's because he is super nice and to me he has great customer service. My upstairs toilet was leaking into my garage. It is in a place that is hard to get to. Up in the ceiling of my garage. My heater is right next to that, very tight squeeze. I had already cut out the drywall, but how the pipes are placed they are in a very tight space and budded up again the wall. Trust me it is in a bad spot. He was willing to run to a hardware store and fix it right then and there. I told him no, it's ok. He can come back when he had more time. (I have a 2nd bathroom) After giving me an estimate that night, he came back the next day and fixed it. I had gotten a few estimates, his was far the best price!! I will keep him in my phone and he will be the first call I make when I need a plumber.
