Leak in the ceiling was more severe than we anticipated, but Bill (owner) gave us a great deal and made us a priority. Paul (plumber) was very polite and professional. He did a great job and was very thorough to ensure everything was running better than before!

Contacted 4S Plumbing as a perspective home buyer to perform a sewer scope. Worked with Bill (owner) to schedule the service, Patti (office) to confirm details and take payment and Eric and Tom (technicians) to perform the sewer scope.

Extremely satisfied with the work 4S Plumbing performed. Called the ""Good Plumbing"" phone number and got the owner of 4S, Bill, to easily set up a service call for a sewer scope on a perspective house purchase. Bill was responsive during the appointment set up/check in and had his guys scheduled within the day.

Eric and Tom were the technicians on my job and arrived within the scheduled time frame. Eric was extremely knowledgeable in what needed to be done for the sewer scope. After not being able to get the cap off of the sewer line because of the age of the home, Eric offered to break the cap off and replace it with a cap he had in his truck. We had to get permission from the seller to perform this job in which he patiently waited until we got the go-ahead. He even gave me some feedback on some of the other things that came up in our pre-purchase home inspection while we waited. Once the cap was removed, the sewer scope was extremely efficient and quick. Eric pointed out all of the potential trouble areas in nice detail.

Payment was easy online with Patti coordinating it all over the phone.

Will absolutely be using 4S Plumbing again and requesting Eric specifically to perform the service.

I called 4S Plumbing about a leaking pipe in our basement after 5pm Tuesday and Bill answered right away. He called his plumber to see if he already went home for the day, called me back within 5 minutes, and scheduled me for between 7-8am Wednesday. I received a call around 830am from Paul that he'd be heading over in about 40 minutes. Bill text me the same a few minutes later. Paul arrived shortly after 930am and was finished by 10am. He was able to tighten a bolt and the leak stopped. $199 house call. Mind you, I had a different guy stop by the day before who quoted me $3900 saying we needed all new copper plumbing, that the city needed to shut off our water, and the valves needed to be replaced, etc. I'm actually glad I let it leak all night to get a second opinion. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because between 7-8am turned out to be after 930am. I was hoping they'd be on time because I had a 930 meeting but I had to step away. Everything else was great! Definitely saving their name/number.

Have a dishwasher that isn't draining and reached out for help from 4S to see if it can be fixed. My appointment was moved multiple times and when i finally got a call, within one sentence they said it couldn't be fixed. Extremely poor time management and organization from 4S and even worse service

I needed to have gas ran from the basement to an upstairs laundry room and they were able to send someone same day to give me a quote which was reasonable for what needed to be done. Paul came the next day and finished the job quickly and professionally.

I will say that I have a functioning toilet and faucet. However, it was a headache working with this company due to faulty communication. Here's what happened:
1.) I was given a quote for the work of replacing a toilet and faucet.
2.) A plumber came out and wore an earpiece that loudly played the tv show he was watching on his phone while he spoke to us about what we wanted. Also, I asked him about the yelp discount and quote already given, he said ""yeah, yeah, I put that in. I just didn't write it all out."" So, he charged us $999 for what was estimated at $398. That is a huge difference!
3.) We told him what we wanted for our toilet: white, elongated, slow-closing top. He got a toilet that fit all that criteria, but got the tallest toilet on the market (his words). I didn't think anything of it as it was late. But my husband brought it to my attention that we are a very short couple (5'4 and 5'3) and we aren't going to be comfortable on the toilet due to not being able to put our feet on the ground! And he was right! We were on our tippy toes. So, our master bathroom didn't have a toilet we were comfortable using.
4.) The plumber also didn't think to mention that I couldn't keep the same hose/sprayer in the sink so I didn't have a big whole. After he was done, he said ""just cover it up with a bottle of soap.""
5.) I contacted the company to let them know about the issues. They had the same plumber call my husband to basically say, the toilet we wanted didn't exist unless specially ordered. (It would have been nice to know that from the beginning!)
6.) So, they came and put a shorter, but round toilet in. And said they couldn't put a slow closing top on it because it didn't come that way. What?!
So, to summarize, we were overcharged just to get what we didn't want.
