I had a leaking toilet at my property. When I turned off the water to the toilet the leak stopped. I called 4R's out to fix the leak. They rebuilt the toilet but it was still leaking when they turned the water back on. The technician said he would have to come back later to replace the toilet. He left the water on and it dropped all night ruining my kitchen ceiling. When we realized they left the water on we promptly turned it off but at this point the inlet valve no longer worked either. I called them out to come fix it again and they have not responded and won't pick up their phones. Now I have to get water mediation and my ceiling replaced.

Our home warranty sent these guys out to look at the water heater. They recommended replacement simply because they couldn't find a gas control valve for my 17 year old, AO. smith water heater. When the home warranty denied repair and said they could find the part, the plumber told me that they. Can order the part and send it to us and we'll fix it. When I called to confirm that the warranty company would send a part(which they don't do that), the guy got upset that I wouldn't pay immediately, told my home warranty company to reassign me and he stormed out. Incredibly babyish and unprofessional.

This company was assigned by my warranty company to come work on my house. I had placed two claims with my warranty company making sure 4R's was assigned to both so that my tenants wouldn't have to leave work to be at their house twice. When the plumber got there, he only had the info for one claim. After I called (and the plumber had already left) "Oh yes, ma'am. We have the second claim, we just missed it. Now my renters have to leave work to go out there again. This is NOT very respectful of people's time.
OH! The best part! When they schedule an appointment, they don't actually verify that appointment with anyone!! "Well we left two messages." But they didn't actually talk to my renters to verify that someone would actually be at this made up appointment time! Seems incredibly inefficient to make appointments with the ASSUMPTION someone will be there. Waste of everyone's time.
I could go on for many more paragraphs about dealing with this company but the long and short of is it:
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!
It also doesn't say good things that they work under many different company names.

Home warranty company sent them out to my rental property for a garbage disposal.
They replaced the disposal.
When I asked my tenant if everything was fixed, she said the plumber said the pipe was clogged . She says she has standing water in her sink .
I called them back and asked why'd they didn't unclog the drain. They said it wasn't on the work order.
I explained I gladly would've paid to unclog and so would the have the tenant. the lady on the phone said the home warranty company denied the clog, I said of course they did, they aren't covered but why didn't you call me? I said 'hey, from I'm just giving y'all feedback on your business. Isn't it strange to not offer to unclog the pipes for a fee.' She got kinda defensive and said she wouldn't disparage her technician .( which is clearly not what I was asking her to do)
She says they'll call me back Monday, after she speaks to the tech. I predict I won't get a call and it's irrelevant since now I'm going over there first thing in the morning to fix the problem.
What a dumb company.

The technicians were professional and courteous. Office staff were very responsive in call back and scheduling. The technicians were timely and got the job done the first time.

The manager was awful. She ran out my 30-day warranty by not scheduling a follow-up, and when I told her she can't do that, she said, "I absolutely can do that." Wow.

My water heater was leaking and I have contacted my Warranty company and They assigned this company to me. They send me some guy named Billy who was very rude, the moment he came in, first thing he did was blamed my water softener and told me that this water softener is not good. Without looking properly he said that water heater is leaking. He gave me the invoice and paid him the amount for coming in to check. Please note that his quote to replace water heater ($3500) and water softener ($5500) is very high compare to 15 plumbers I have contacted for quote. I have called somebody who have good rating on here and all over the internet, and water was leaking from pipe above the water heater and fix was done for $300. The receipt that 4R's Plumbing gave me is have plumbing license number under R Marchuk and when I looked up Texas Plumber license lookup online, there were no mention of Billy anywhere. Stay away from this fraud company!!!
My next door neighbor replaced the whole water heater last week for $1200 with parts and labor for that matters from the highly rated plumber.
