A very positive experience using 4M Plumbing Services in San Antonio. They replaced my water heater, fixed my garbage disposal, unclogged a tub drain, cleared 2 shower drains and fixed a running toilet. My technician was professional, experienced, and courteous. He cleaned up the work areas after each project and even went as far as to give me recommendations to prevent problems in the future. 4M Plumbing is a "full service" company that cares about customers and doing quality work. I found William to be totally classless and unprofessional. At first he said couldn't identify my issue (literally wasted time and scratched his head), then after a few more puzzled looks he gave me a ridiculous diagnosis and a quote about 4 times higher than any of the other service providers I contacted. I tried to follow up with him a day later as I had a question regarding his strange "diagnosis" and he couldn't even be bothered to respond. This is the kind of behavior I'd expect from an immature teenager. Horrible communicator and bad at his trade.

They started out great, had William come out to look at the problem. Then he never got back to me. I contacted him several times and he would respond but never showed up to do the job like he said he would.
