Company Overview

Our company delivers an extensive array of services in the Mechanical and Plumbing sector, spanning commercial projects, maintenance; from planning and budgeting to implementation. We offer project planning solutions as both partner or prime contractor on bid projects as well as design and build contracts.

Founded as 4G Plumbing and Heating started in 1964 by the Jensen and Petit families; thus we are called 4G. Shortly after, Gordon acquired Glen’s stake in the business. In 1965, Gordon bought Lembke Plumbing and Heating.

In 1970, Norman joined the company. We became incorporated in 1971, with Norman Carey added as a stockholder. In 1972, we added our excavation services with Gordy’s Excavation, forming our Excavation division.

In 1973, we shifted to 1515 Wyoming Street and began our expansion. In 1977, we established the Electrical division.

The founders, Gordon and Geniece left the business in 1995. In 1997, John and Judy and Melody Bryan became partners. In July of 2002, the Bukovatzes and the Bryans purchased Norman. In March 2008, we moved to our current location at 5641 West Harrier. In December of 2015, John and Melody Bryan retired and John and Judy Bukovatz took over as the sole owners as of January 2016.
