This company is a scam. They never reimburse you for any warranty claims. They will give you the run around and transfer you from one department to another over and over and never process a claim. It's super shady. Contact your bank to mark the payments as fraud.

My mom (elderly) received a ""Final Notice"" from this company and at first the language appears as if it is an urgent matter regarding your home warranty and even mentions your mortgage company on the mailing a few times which will make one think it is being sent out directly by the lender. I called and spoke to a representative that informed me that it was a warranty for repairs etc., that covers what insurance will not, up to $15,000 (which we already have a home warranty, so I knew exactly what he was speaking about). However, when I started asking him more information about specific coverage to compare which option may be better between our current home warranty or this company, it was a lot of I am sure we would and when I asked him if the issue is something the contractor can't fix would they replace the item, he stated their contractors can fix it all but had a stutter and then finally said yes they would replace it. I asked about roof repair and rekeying locks which are basics on my plans and they do not cover those things. Based on that conversation and oh the cost, I would not recommend anyone to use them and for all elderly people and caregivers to beware. There is supposedly a $396 down payment to get started and a payment of $249 per month for a year and then you get an additional year and a half of coverage for free with just the $75 service charge. This is extremely high when there are other companies that spell out their coverage in writing for a monthly fee that is way less. I am responsible for four homes, and all have home warranties, so I am speaking from experience. I would run from this one. As a matter of fact, most home warranties have specials throughout the year so research the one that fits your home and your needs.

4EverHome USA preyed upon my elderly parents and convinced them that vital home warranty coverage had expired (leading them to believe it was actually homeowner's insurance). I called 4EverHome USA to cancel and the number was out of order. (Read many similar stories on the Better Business Bureau website.) We have closed my parents' bank account linked to this deceptive and reprehensible company.

I continuously receive mail from this company. Today, I decided to call to request my address be removed from their list. After being placed on hold for about THREE minutes, the gentleman who answered hung up before getting my information. As a courtesy, I was attempting to help them save postage! I would NEVER do business with a company that operates in this manner. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT, PERIOD! I would rate them ZERO stars, if that were an option!

I have an elderly relative who went through the same thing with these people as described in Julie's review -- except that they tried to take nearly $15,000 in our case. I would give -100 stars if I could. In my opinion, their marketing is extremely deceptive, most likely by design, and their sales practices are unethical, if not potentially unlawful (TBD). I would stay far away.

SCAM!!! They sent my grandmom a paper that said ""final notice"" her home warranty was expiring soon. In this piece of mail it appeared to look like a check for $199 wrote out in her name. She recently renewed her lease with hud, and her apartment complex and fell for this scam. She spoke with a man who went by the name Clayton Agee. Who then took her debit card info over the phone. She was to pay this $199.86 every month on the 18th. Which started June 18th 2024. A total of $4.396.00 was going to come out if we didn't figure them out. She did notify her bank, got her money back and reported them as fraud. They're currently being investigated. Listen you sorry losers, you guys might think you can get away with some elderly people. But not my grandmom. I protect her at all cost. And every single one of you no good scamming scumbags will rot in hell for being dirty pos stealing money from innocent people. Get a real job!!! And for all you liars on here putting false reviews saying how great they are, karma is all I have to say.

If I could give it A0I would give it to 0 stars. The company does not have very good contact information. They have an email on their website for contacting. And I contacted them twice and never got a response. Then I was told that the email address is not for cancelation of policies. But no one ever got back to me to tell me that when I sent the 2 emails, then they keep calling me to find out. Why my credit card hasn't been paid? They're premium and I told them that I have instructed my credit card not to pay them because I want to cancel. They were very rude. They were speaking over me speaking. They did not Act like professionals. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Go with any other home warranty service, but not this one
