By far the BEST service & customer care I've experienced in a long time. We had a minor emergency last Saturday. When we called & shared our emergency with no question the owners came out within 90 mins. Mind you, it's a SATURDAY! We have a house full. We have 3 adults 2 small children & using the restroom and along with running water is a must. Jeff not only educated us on our house piping but ""HOW"" to prevent backups in the future After taking care of the issue Jeff explained things in terms I understood (which is not always easy) and reassured us if we had any questions or any further problems to call him and he would take care of us.
Jeff & his wife are wonderful! Polite, puntual, friendly and full of smiles.

DON'T CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER BUT THESE GUYS! Live in LOP now -called RR- paid $112. to put an auger in the toilet. Upon leaving, told us to pull the toilet and see what's clogging it! (That's why we called a plumber!) Really? Called 49er Plumbing and they replaced our pump float in main sewer-the real problem! Customer service was outstanding-guys name was Derek - very polite and knowledgeable! No rush, and didn't leave until we were happy! Worth every penny!!!

These folks are awesome! Our water heater was failing and they had it replaced within 24 hours of my call. Worker Derek was prompt, polite, communicated well, neat work habits. Owner Jeff and his wife are very responsible and pleasant. I'm 100% satisfied and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

I had a stopped up sink during the 4th power outage in a two week period so my patience was a little short when this happened. I called 49 Plumbing and they got someone out early the next morning. Derrick came out and fixed my sink and also recommended a few changes that would minimize future issues. He was helpful, polite, on time, and very personable. I was impressed and would call his company again.

Shannon was a doll! She was so pleasant and helped me when no other local plumbing company would! Happy to see that they had a coupon on their website for first-time customers which really came in handy because I am on a fixed income in an over 55 mobile home park. Derek, obviously raised to be a polite young man, showed up a few hours later with a smile and got right to work. Derek was super friendly, highly skilled, and went above and beyond. Got the sink clog unclogged in less than an hour! I could not be more thrilled! 49er Plumbing & Drain will be my Go-To from this day forward!

This is a very belated review of an install Jeff and company did for me, January 2018. The good thing about waiting this long, though, is that everything Jeff did (installed 4 Rinnai heaters) was well done and they're working great and I couldn't be more pleased. He and his crew were very thorough in installing the gas lines, the heaters, and making sure everything was working right and, in fact, did come back to trouble shoot an issue with a thermostat that needed a modification and that was a great solution as well.

I read the Yelp reviews and thought they would be a company that would figure out how to sustain the pilot light on my water heater as I would have to relight it every two weeks-WAS I WRONG!
The gal who answered the phone was pleasant. She took down the water heater information and scheduled an appointment for the tech to come to my house. The appointment was made far enough in advanced so they could order the ""probable"" parts related to the pilot light. The appointment was scheduled on October 2 between 9am -10am.
While I waited and waited for the tech, I had to keep calling the office to find out the ETA. They were having trouble locating the tech and was told the owner was going look for him at the site. At 12:30pm Derek, the tech, called and said he was on his way and arrived at 1pm. Derek was pleasant, amiable, and just a nice guy. I became very concerned when he shared he had never seen the type of yellow build up on the gas water heater burner and didn't know what it was. He also shared that after ""touching"" the thermocouple it would no longer work. Well, I called a plumber friend in Nebraska who laughed and said it was not true.
I was also misinformed on a few other items and google disproved what I was being told. I truly believe it was not Derek's intention to misinform me, I believe it comes from whoever trained him. I called the plumbing company and spoke with Jeff the owner. I tried to eloquently explain my concerns. He was outrageously rude, brought condescending to a whole new level, and I fervently believe apologies and understanding a situation do not exist in his universe. The conversation concluded with a ""good luck finding someone to work on your water heater because we are done."" I have NEVER been treated so poorly- I'm amazed at how he even stays in business!
HEED MY WARNING - skip this business!!!

ABT PLUMBER is on there way now!! So, debunked again -Jeff you are not the only one in the area that works on my type of gas water heater !

The service we received from Derek the service technician was so professional. He really had knowledge of our Navien instant hot water heater. My husband and I are very great full for the quick service we received. Will use them from now on !!!!!!
We called for service on a Monday and Derek the service technician was here Tuesday morning.
Explained why we were not receiving hot water all
of a sudden.
