Horrible I didn't know I used this FRAUDULENT SERVICE before because I would have never called them back to do any work in my home. These people took advantage of my mother and didn't fix the issue trying to get a extra $300 and shortly after leaving the problem is right back the send a different person today to say it can't be fixed so the guy didn't know that yesterday less than 24hrs and you want to charge my mother $110 are you crazy. This fucking company needs to be closed down and get better management and have they workers all training the same because how the hell in less than 24hrs we get 2 totally different stories. I'M LIVID AND WILL ABSOLUTELY TAKE ACTION. YOU GUYS HAVEN'T HEARD THE LAST OF THIS

I was waiting for my appointment at home and had my phone on silent. I missed 2 phone calls within 5 mins then I called this 49.99 company back. And they told me that they sent the person that was supposed to fix my issue home. Now the problem that I see here is why didn't anyone ring my bell. Am I the only one with common sense here? And to send the person that was supposed to fix my issue home or to their ""next"" appointment within 5mins? Really? You couldn't wait? What if my phone died and you called. Are you going to send the person home too?? The Person that I spoke to on the phone was argumentative and said If we don't send them home we will charge you. Well, Ring the bell ding dongs I WAS HOME. Also COMMUNICATE TO THE PAYING CUSTOMER THAT THESE ARE YOUR RULES IN ADVANCE. Come to think of it even if I lived in the 60s I don't think companies would go by these rules. Someone would at least knock the door. Even the milk man knew this back in the day. It's just bad business.

Absolute worst service ever! Technicians are so lazy they come to your house and do nothing !!! They opened up my sewer cap off and just left they are the worst technicians I have ever worked with in my life

I called them 2 times and they gave me a time frame
From 12:00pm to 5:00 pm nobody showed up so I called twice and both times they said there plumber was busy. I waited till 6: 00pm and told them to forget it
While I was on my to work they called saying they were in front. I called them back to tell them that I had canceled. They told me that I cannot use there services anymore, I THINK THAT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!
Please Do Yourself a favor and call somebody else

Called 10am on a Sunday expecting an appt on Monday or Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprise when they said they will be to my house in 2 hours. The technician Jawan was awesome. Explained the job upfront and was neat and careful walking the 50' snake equipment up 3 flights on my new hardwood floors.
Jawan also explained what I can do to prevent the deep hair clogs in my waste line. Great job!

Wish we could give this place no stars. This company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. This place is there to scam you out of your money and their employees are their accomplices. Please stay away from this business. When I read the reviews now, our experience was exactly the same. We were given a 4 hour window. The service person never came and never called. My husband called to inquire and was given the run around and the person on the phone immediately became irate and raised his voice and then said, ""If you want fast service, you should have called Roto-Rooter."" My husband remained patient and waited for the service person who showed up close to 10pm (!) when we were given a time frame of 12-4 pm so this is about 6-10 hours later! He went about telling us our drain was clogged with a mysterious object and that it was a bigger job. He ""unclogged"" it temporarily and we paid $60. Next morning we woke up and our drain was still clogged. Please save yourself your money, time, and a lot of frustration. Do not use this service. Please consider yourself warned. Please look up respected services on Yelp with 4-5 stars and you'll be happy you did.

AVOID! They made our plumbing problem 10x worse. When we called them to come back and fix it, the guy couldn't do it and the company tried to say that it was already like that (LIES). Had to pay way more out of pocket to another provider. Avoid at all costs.

They showed up when they said and seemed reasonably competent. On the other hand they charged $450 for two guys working a bit less than an hour. Plus $25 each for two lead caps for the trap.

We had never had a sewer problem so I had no idea what the issues might be. A guy who I trust had recommended them strongly so I believed them when they recommended I pay $200 extra to run a camera through the line (it turned out to take about 15 minutes of their less than one hour's work).

Then the guy wanted $900 to run some high pressure hose thing through the waste line to clean off rust. By that time I decided that I had taken the recommendation too seriously and said no.

The plumber snaked the sewer line and said there was a blockage that The snaking could not resolve. He then recommended a camera inspection the next day for $200. I was there when the 2nd guy did The camera inspection; there was nothing blocking the line.

NOT WORTH THR AGGRAVATION OR THR HASSLE.

Worst company ever! Seriously! They were supposed to be by my house between 10-2 today. When it hit 2, I had called to follow up and they said they have 2 people before me so they will be late. I had said its fine, I understand.

However, at 6:13 I called again to follow up and they THEN said that they would have to rescheduled. I told them they were supposed to call me to let me know, this is ridiculous. She then told me that three of their guys left early, leaving only two to do the work. I told her she should have relayed this to me when I called them earlier.

At this point, it's not worth the aggravation. Had I known they wouldn't have come earlier, I could've gotten someone else to come.
