Greatest surprise ever. Picture this: 9:45 pm Saturday night, sewer is coming up, all the local guys want $300 to $400 just to come out. Skeptical me calls these guys, I have no other choice. Lady on the phone says up to 2 hour wait. They come within hour. nice professional non judgemental. charges me $110.88, he had to both sides. I just went from horor show to great day in the span of one hour.

VERY BAD SERVICE AND POST SERVICE!
We just used it last night and it was very bad service. Not only they did so-called '2-lines' job ending up charging us double, but the attitude of its customer satisfication service from the manager is very bad, the worst one I have ever experienced. Be careful customers, their technician will charge you double before they fix your real problems.

Do not call this company. They curse at the home owners that hire them! Very unprofessional thugs that walk in to your home who are probably unlicensed! They quote you a price than give you another when they're done!! RIP-OFF & SCAMMERS!!!!!

I was a doubter, called with low expectations.
Aside from timeframe a bit later than promised, Smitty showed up and was upfront and straightforward. I explained that I had me reservations after reading numerous negative reviews online. He explained what needed to be done, gave me the upfront pricing as indicated by the website and advertisements and once I gave him the go ahead, got right to it, snaked our main line sewer within minutes and resolved the clogged line. I was so impressed I decided to have him snake the line to the street as well for another $49, preemptively..

In summation, if you know what service you need and go in with low expectations, you might be pleasantly surprised.
PS. Roto Rooter had come out earlier for their ""free estimate"" which, for the same work, was $415.00!! I showed them the door very quickly.

DO NOT CALL THEM!!! They gave us a window time of 12-4. They show up at 6 pm after I called a couple of times. Anthony comes in no apology with a complete attitude like it's not his problem that I waited 6 hours. So unprofessional. He looks at the clogged drain and tells my Husband $250 to crack open the covers and snake it. Hmmmm...what happened to the $49.99? What a complete rip off, scam and disgusting unprofessional company! I'm surprised this company is still in business. They deserve 0 stars.

I am really a sucker for courtesy. This so called technician/plumber was so courteous and witty that I believed everything he said and got scammed. My sewage line was backed up and nothing was going out, so when he came he claimed that the snake could not penetrate because my pipe collapsed or busted and made it sound as if it was the worst thing that could have happened. After he collected for his so called diagnosis/labor(100.00) he suggested that I paid another $200.00 for his company to send someone with a camera. He scared me also by telling me that usually to remedy my problem a hole has to be dugged inside the house to reach the damaged pipe. I decided to call Roto-rooter for a second opinion and when they came they only took less than 10 minutes with their snake and my trouble was over. Very expensive but worth it if you can afford it. It cost me $419.00 plus tax but now I can relax more and focus on other situations.

DO NOT CALL THEM!!! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND A RIP OFF!!!

Called them at 9AM and was promised a plumber by noon. He did not arrive till after 4 and left my bathroom a mess and pipes left apart saying he needs a supervisor who will be there at 5PM and would have to change me an additional $25. 5:30 comes around and I'm told they can't get there for another 3 hours! They told me that I was wrong if I wanted I could reschedule for another day. Would never use this fraud of a company again.

I called in the morning around 11. They said technician would come between 5-8. Jeff showed up at 630. He Examined the situation and we decided on a slightly irregular course of action which worked perfectly. Jeff spent almost an hour making sure it was correct. Based on some previous reviews I was expecting some kind of up charge for his extra time and thoroughness. Nope, $56 with tax as advertised.
I would definitely use them again. You should ask for Jeff. They are positively number 1 in the number 2 business!

I called to have a bathroom sink cleaned for ""$49.99"" it turned into $2,600.00 to change a 12 inch pipe inside the wall. These incompetent clowns did not even seal the pcv pipes correctly. Found out when the water leaked down into the floor below. Called the office, spoke with Sam a ""manager"" needless to say he has been evading my calls. At the end the company does not want to take liability for the work an authorized clown did. These people took advantage of a senior citizen, they went for the most they can steal $2,600.00.

I would NEVER recommend these clowns, they are incompetent unskilled and the company does not stand behind the people the company sends out. The inexpensive turned out to be more expensive than getting a real plumber.... DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE RUN FAST THE OTHER WAY plenty of legitimate plumbers that will do the work correctly at a reasonable price.
Don't try calling the managers SAM or his side kick they are just as incompetent, irresponsible and unprofessional.
