This is hard to believe! Jake came out to take a look at a leaky faucet in my garage. I was shocked at how much it was going to be to fix the faucet but he said he would come out and take a look. He told me exactly what it needed but also said he could cap it so I could have it fixed at a more convenient time. The cap would cost 12.00. I ran upstairs to get a $20.00 bill but he said he didn't have change. While waiting for me, he noticed my bumper sticker and said it was worth the $12.00 and didn't charge me anything. I was really surprised and will be sure to call him the next time I have any plumbing problems. It is hard to find a person who really is interested in helping you out. I plan to recommend him to all my friends in the area!

He has replaced temperature control valves on two showers, reset wobbly toilets, fixed assorted leaks and I plan to have him install a new garbage disposal for me next week with a new switch and reworked dishwasher air gaps.
