The team at Hancock Plumbing couldn't be better. They do great work, are prompt, courteous, clean, and always willing to mask inside the house while working. Curtis and his team go the extra mile and always talk through solutions to any issue I bring to them. They have redone two bathrooms for me and also helped diagnosis a leak in my neighbor's apartment (which had nothing to do with their work). Curtis, JD, and Mark have been great to work with. I highly recommend Hancock Plumbing!

I used them to install a new water heater, remove osmosis system and install charcoal filter for the kitchen sink, kitchen faucet, new drains & shut-offs @ bathroom vanity w/ new vanity fixture, and install a new shower system. A clown car of plumbers!!! As part of a renovation, these clowns attempted to """"cap off"""" existing lines. I guess the dinner bell rang, because they left the work site with a overflowing styrofoam cup under a leaking pipe. We hustled to clean up the mess and get a bucket under it. Turns out their """"work"""" caused an obstruction to hot water flow elsewhere in our home. Their efforts to repair their own damage were laughable, resulting in a garish new bathroom fixture (totally unnecessary) and no ultimate relief to the problem. Believe it or not, there's more but I mercifully won't describe the other mayhem. Look, theses bozos aren't thorough in their work, don't check it and don't really seem to care.
