The customer service and ownership of this company is the worst I have experienced. When our system was installed the owner threatened physical violence towards a family member. When another representative stepped in, we agreed to have the job completed because it was half way completed. Now the system has failed twice and they refuse to provide any service, let alone have the courtesy to respond to any requests for information. The only saving grace for this company was the installing technician who apologized for his boss's outrageous behavior and continuing to do his work. I would not recommend getting involved with this company. Choose another.

Please don't waste your money...Go with a PROFESSIONAL CO. and get it done correctly the first time

Made an appointment with them a week in advance.Changed the appointment time at their request 48 hours prior to the appointment.Supposed to show up at 9,never arrived or called.They called two hours later to say that they had an emergency and were then going to do another call.They never showed up and never called.Immature,unprofessional and wasted a week of my time.
