Just terrible - please look elsewhere. We agreed on a quote for services and they scheduled me 3 weeks out. I get a call the morning of the start date - ""We will have to reschedule, we will let you know"".

Ok fine - no big deal. But they never did reschedule. Then I call them 3-4 times over the next week and they dodge calls or give the same ""We will get back to you"". Just more lies.

They wasted 3-4 weeks of my time b/c they are incompetent and continue to mislead.

Our sewer drain in our basement backed up. We called 3 other plumbers to try to get this drain unclogged. Nobody was able to unclog the drain. All three said that they would need to go through my concrete patio and basement to solve the issue. Two of the companies did not even want the job because it looked like it was going to be too big of a job. I called 412 plumbing and they were wonderful from the first phone call! They tried everything to get the sewer opened up. They stayed positive and helpful the entire time. They researched where my sewer lines went and ended up going backwards and starting where my line joined the sewer. They were able to clear the line without destroying my yard, concrete porch or basement. They saved me so much money and destruction, I will be a loyal customer for life!

Requested a quote to have our water heater replaced (it was leaking, but not yet a total fail) responded promptly and through out the conversation thru email as well. The quote was in line with what appears to be the industry standard. They were able to have somebody out the next morning. The installer was on time, friendly, and cleaned everything up. Final price was exactly as was quoted.

The 412 Plumbing company showed up on time.......that is a first! Then he did what he said he was going to do ....and the price was what was given to me on the phone prior to the work. There was no up charge.

I asked them to look at an additional bit of work and they were courteous and obliging and did the work and gave me a fair price. I thought both guys on the job were respectful and kind and professional.

Outstanding job on a very big undertaking at our home. Brad and his team were fantastic. Job was done thoroughly and with dedication. Brad sat down and explained everything that was necessary and why. His bid and pricing were on point and far more in line than some other companies who were price gouging. He communicated with me daily. Did the entire job start to finish without interruption or delay. Highest recommendation to an honest diligent and committed man and his company.
