I hired for 402 plumbing to come and replace the galvanized piping with copper piping. They did just that they also replace two toilets and a water heater. The price was great but after paying them $5300 I developed a leak not even 24 hours later. I've asked him to come and look at the leak. I was told they would be there and in the meantime I was to turn the water off however, I need water in the house four days later it has been and I still have not had anyone to come and look at the leak and he still has my key. He will not return my calls or even text me I am very very angry. if I could give less than one star, I would.

We had frozen and then burst pipes as many did with the recent weather over Christmas weekend. Fernando was the first to respond. He was here fast and fixed the leaks. We have water! Thank you Fernando!

Wrote a review the other day and this was his response. He is now refusing to give me the full refund and lying about the agreed terms. The break down as I was charged:

Total $439
Snaking: $375
Emergency call: $50
Then he stated he would change my dishwasher valve from the cold water to the hot water for $30. He didn't replace anything. In fact he broke my toilet from a trusted plumber. I had to spend extra money to have my toilet reset.

Please stay away from 402 plumbing for sewer issues. Got my friend out here and they unclogged the drain from the main stack in 5 minutes. Just like I told 402 plumbing to do. Also my friend is a plumber with a company here in Omaha. Didn't call him first as he was out of town.

We had issues with our faucet and disposal so I called 402 Plumbing Services. Fernando arrived at the quoted time and got to work right away. He wasn't able to fix our disposal due to missing parts but fixed everything else! I would recommend him and his partner to anyone!!

I called to have 3 outside faucets replaced. I should have been suspicious when he said he would come by early in the afternoon. By 5pm I still hadn't heard from him.
We set up an appointment for him to come the next day. He charged $150 for each faucet installation ($450 total) and wanted $100 for each part. I told him I would run down to Ace Hardware and get the parts. Everything seemed OK when he left. I hooked up a hose to one of the faucets and water began shooting out everywhere. I called him and asked him to come and take a look.
He said he would be here on 3 separate occasions. He was a no-show each time. No call, no text, nothing. He said the parts must have been defective and not his fault. I asked for him to come and take a look. After all he was the one who installed them.
I finally contacted a handyman to take a look. He said that a nut just needed to be tightened on the faucet. That it was plumbing basics.
I reported Fernando to the BBB and right away he called me and texted me with harassing messages.
Run don't walk away from this business!

Our kitchen sink faucet began to leak a great deal. Had to turn off the main to prevent further leaking. Using Yelp, I got connected to 402 Plumbing Services. I got a prompt contact via email about the problem, and was told I'd be visited to fix this.

That's the last I heard from 402 Plumbing Services. A day later, no visit and no call.

I tried calling and left several messages. No reply.

I can't complain about their service, because they never provided any.

My husband called this business on a Sunday morning to fix a leak. He said he would be able to come over in a few hours. We were okay with that - no big deal.

But by 5:00 pm he was still a no-show. My husband tried to call and left two voice mails - nothing, no response.

I wouldn't be writing this negative review if he would have called us back and told us that he wouldn't be able to come over, that his schedule was too busy. I would have been more understanding.

I couldn't be happier with my service from 402 Plumbing. They responded quickly to my request, were able to come to my house quickly as well. Even though my toilet needed a hard to find part, they ordered it quickly and returned to fix it the day the part arrived. They were friendly and professional through the whole process. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Called at 3pm. Was done and leaving my house by 4:30. The job was a clogged bathroom sink. Professional, courteous, top notch work, and reasonably priced. Highest recommendation!
