Upon calling they were able to show up at 9a the next day. Dovi showed up early (when does that ever happen) and fixed the problem the same day. Was very nice, informative and friendly. Would definitely use again.

I called for a leak and was told they would have someone to my house in a few hours, which was fine.. About 15 minutes later I received a call that they had a cancellation and would it be ok to send over a plumber in the next 30 minutes. Of course that was even better as my day was saved by not waiting around. Eddie S. arrived to my home within the next 10 minutes after that call. Eddie came in, identified the problem immediately and fixed it promptly. What a great personality and an asset to have as an employee and the face of your company.

I Contacted 4 star plumbing after reading great reviews about them. Was looking for a second opinion on a main pipe that supposably was leaking buy the previous plumber but would not prove it to me. Before tearing up my floor I contacted 4 star for a recorded video of the main pipe... Dave came out today listened to our story and made some suggestions that clearly made sense and I truly believe has saved us from replacing our bathroom. He was extremely honest and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them as well as use them again if needed. Thanks Dave for your expertise!!

4 star plumbing has excellent customer service with quick response time. I had been getting the run around from other companies telling me they were busy and couldn't come out. Alex Alverez came out the same day for an estimate and the work and completed the next day. Thanks Alex and 4 star plumbing..we'll be using you guys again!!!

I was surprised when Carmen called me to let me know her tech bob was on the way. When he arrived he had a sense of humor and knew right off the bat the issue with my dishwasher which btw was due to the garbage disposal I had installed by a not so handy man (I'm so agh) bout that. But anyway he fixed it and my toilet as well I killed 2 birds with one stone. Definitely, will recommend them!!!

I have used them a few times before and their prices are always outrageous. This time they charged me $186 to change out a valve in the toilet. It took exactly 28 minutes. And for a few of that he was speaking to the office because I complained about the price. Bill.com lists the valve at $13 and 80 something cents. So they charged me over $175 for 30 minutes worth of work. last time I use them.
