We've used 4 Service Pros since moving into our home almost four years ago. The team has been phenomenal. Their costs are competitive, though a bit on the high side, the service we received has been worth every penny. Recently we had them come in to unclog two of our drains. Jonathan was able to get the stubborn clog cleared and cleaned up prior to leaving. He also provided us with a name of a great, safe organic product that will help reduce the crude build up before it gets to the point we need to snake it.

We have used 4 Service Pros for electrical, plumbing, and AC in the past year. This time we needed them again for electrical as some wires had been nicked and damaged during landscaping. Brian came out and not only assured us that the wires were Actually a water conduit for the sprinkler system, and a wire controlling the sprinkler (which could be taped with waterproof tape and should be fine as we had not experienced any issues). And best of all, he did not charge us! 4 Service Pros have always given us good service, and we will continue to use them!

I had to have my nearly 60 year old cast iron sewer lines replaced at my house, inside and out. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Matthew Loring and Stephen Savoy. First class service from the first day they showed up to do the initial inspection and quote, to job completion. They came prepared, immediately identified the issue and started formulating a plan of action on the spot. They even started locating the lines under the concrete in the basement to better describe how and where the work would be done. Due to the complexity of the work and the location of other pieces of equipment, I had planned on being without hot water and/or heat (boiler system) for a time as they removed the old lines but I was wrong. They are skilled enough that they didn't need to take them offline and got the job done in the original time frame proposed. A+

They are extremely professional, showed up on time and did not try to upsell me on anything. They truly understand what it means to provide customer service and exemplify it to the fullest extent. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and continue brag about them to anyone who will listen.

Our bathroom and kitchen sink had issues with the water not coming out. I decided to call 4 Service Pros because they were the first ones to pop up on Yelp, and glad I did. They were able to set an appointment for me right away and sent out a technician a couple days after I initially called them. Willis was the technician that came to check out the issues. He explained what the problem was very thoroughly to help me understand, and he told me he would have to order parts to fix the pipe valves. Willis came back 2 days later and was able to fix our issue in a short amount of time. He replaced our old plastic valves with nice metal ones. I'm so glad we have running hot water again and don't have to worry about our sinks acting up again!

I have been using 4 Service Pros for years and I have nothing but good things to say. I wanted to talk about the plumbing service. I recently brought a new home and I had the opportunity to have Jimbo out to set up a water line for my new refrigerator. He along with Mike, did an excellent job. Additionally Jimbo did a home inspection to give me recommendations of some upgrades that my new home needed. He taught me a lot of things that even the average home inspector wouldn't necessarily know.

As a result of his recommendation, I went back to 4 Service Pros to get our water heater replaced, and I ended up working with Tyriece. Tyriece was very professional as well. He explained a great deal about the type of water heater my home needed and gave me a lot of options to consider. I went forward with one of those options and Tyriece along with his crew replaced our water heater. The old was aging and didn't have a pan underneath, so now we have peace of mind. I appreciate the professionalism that I always get from this company and I highly recommend them. I have used them for not only plumbing, but electric as well and the service has been consistently good.

I was so pleased with Jimbo Mulligan's plumbing knowledge and expertise that I wrote a review on his estimate alone. Now that the work is done today (Oct 15), I write again....You must call 4 SERVICE PROS first for your plumbing needs! JIMBO MULLIGAN is a plumber par excellence!
I used 4 Service Pros the first time when my 90-yr old mom's house needed a new gas hot water heater and there were also several other things going a wry, plumbing-wise. Jimbo came out today and took care of installing a new Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) and had to do some work to update the existing pipe in this 64-yr old house. Excellent work! I think Jimbo is so good because he knows his plumbing, gives the customers 5-star work because he cares about his work and it shows! When he came to do the estimate of the plumbing issues, one of the issues was a leaking bathroom sink faucets. He told me that the faucets needed to be replaced due to not being able to get replacement parts due to a non-standard brand was installed when the bathroom was redone. He also noticed that the hot and cold water supply lines needed to be replaced. They were so bad, they were an accident waiting to happen! He installed a Studor Vent for my mom's walk-in tub that hasn't drained properly since it was installed. Overall, Jimbo Mulligan can look at your plumbing issues, explain to you what is going wrong, advise you on the best way to fix the issue and if you have a long list like me, he can also give you advice on the best way to prioritize the work based on the plumbing issue, your time and finances (if you are upfront and honest with him). Ask for JIMBO MULLIGAN as he is truly a man of integrity, honest, kind, professional and knowledgeable! With the plumbing side of 4 Service Pros being top-notch, I know that, without hesitation, I can call 4 Service Pros for any HVAC, Electrical or Remodeling issues! We thought we had a sewer back up today. Byron, the person who scheduled the service sent Jimbo out the same day to determine the exact problem. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Fortunately we didn't have an issue with our plumbing. There was no
charge for his visit and we would definitely use this company again.
